Overall, I'm very happy with the stay and would certainly look to book there again.
Pros:

The room was lovely, very modern looking and bright. Request was made for a bigger bed, having had surgery recently, to which this was obliged. The best was very comfortable, thanks. For what the room was needed for, with its location, it was spot on.

Cons:

Didn't realise that Breakfast was extra, that's my fault, I did the bookings in a hurry. The weather was pretty hot, to say the least. Mike was easy to reach out to with my requests, which I am extremely grateful for. The room comfort was great, the only downside was there was no fan in my room. With the windows having been closed all day, and the blinds up, it was quite tropical! I'd brought my fan with me, emergency back up, so I was able to drift off. The blind in the bathroom was off it's fixing and I had to roll it up and down manually. The toilet roll holder was also quite loose. I accept these are minor little things, and not a criticism, just for awareness.

Great stay would highly recommend for Anfield stay.
Pros:

Amazing location for Anfield.
Everything felt very clean and new.
Great communication from Mike.
As two solo women travelling also felt very safe loved the keypad entry system.
Super comfortable beds and great bedding.

Cons:

Very minor issues had a kettle that lead didn’t reach the plug point so had to move it to bedside table.
Would have liked a shelf in bathroom as there was a great LED mirror but had to put all make up and hair items in sink.
Personal preference for curtains as was very light in the room with just blinds.
TV could only be viewed from one bed comfortably.

Taking a family to a concert at Anfield it was the perfect location to get everyone home safely in massive crowds. But
Pros:

Location was amazing. Management kept us informed and very helpful. The room was exceptionally clean and well presented. Very modern and contemporary. All round fantastic!

Fantastic place close to the ground with exceptional host!
Pros:

Fantastic location for the game! Owner left a liverpool scarf for us too which was a nice touch.

Cons:

If anything it was a little hot with no cooler.. but an unusual 30 degrees the day we stayed

Expérience incroyable à Anfield
Pros:

Parfait pour aller voir les Reds à Anfield. L'hôtel est vraiment à 2 minutes. Hôtel aux couleurs du Liverpool FC avec un décoration sobre et élégante. Échange par messages et accès en autonomie : hôte très réactif. Nous avons même reçu un 'dédommagement' pour un petit désagrément pourtant sans conséquence. Un grand sens du service. Merci

What a find!
Pros:

What a find this place was! Absolutely perfect for our first visit to Anfield. The whole place was so clean and well maintained, and the owner couldn’t have been more helpful - even helping us find somewhere to park on our arrival! Honestly couldn’t recommend enough!

Cons:

Everything was perfect, can’t think of one thing not to like!

Exceptionally clean, well decorated and maintained, perfect for the Liverpool stadium.
Pros:

We loved the early communication via WhatsApp. Particularly as I had reserved bunk beds ( and for two 60 year olds it really wasn’t going to work for us! My mistake completely) and wanted to see if we could change our room! Mike was brilliant, not only was he able to change our room, but he upgraded it at no extra charge.
We loved the touch of a Liverpool scarf that he also left in our room ( we were visiting the ground for a tour) and so this was a lovely gesture. The location was perfect for our stay, and the room was exceptionally clean, really well maintained and very well thought out.

There was nothing we didn’t like

For what we wanted for us and the kids, this was the perfect venue. So close to the Anfield stadium!
Pros:

The location for the Liverpool match was 2nd to none - PERFECT

Cons:

Could have had more refreshment choices for kids and maybe an option for decaf coffee in room.

Could have also had some kind of refreshments available in the communal room downstairs

Pros:

We liked the location, cleanliness, comfort, the bed was so comfortable and facilities in room modern and fresh, proximity to ground was fantastic, a stones throw from Anfield, secure access to the building.
Mike the host was superb, he answered every little query promtly.
The Anfield cafe next door but one is where breakfast is included. It was delicious.
Overall a fantastic experience!
