Great location with low privacy
Pros:

Great location with strong internet and good price. Antonio is very friendly

Cons:

the room have very low privacy, you can hear others conversation and TV very clear. So sometimes it is hard to rest.

Authentic Mexican hospitality/atmosphere in central Zona Romantica location.
Pros:

Instant or brew coffee always available, Mini cereal box choices and milk if you want. Washer/dryer machine self-serve (with detergent) offered. Antonio, the on-site host, was vigilant about upholding guest expectations (very nice should there be a bad apple). Excellent Whatsapp information/attention by Antonio, whatever the question or need he was right there. Airport bus (10 MXP) will drop off/pick-up only one block away.

Cons:

My room floor could have been better cleared of grits of sand before room check-in.

Una sola noche
Pros:

A pesar de quedarme una sola noche, se me ofrecieron todos los servicios, habitación amplia, cómoda y fresca. Incluía desayuno con cereal y leche, café y fruta. Excelente lugar y cercano a la zona de bares y antros.

Cons:

A pesar de contar con TV, no tenía más que YouTube. El resto no contaba con streaming disponible

Terrible uncooperative management that cancelled our stay.

Very bad management

Cons:

Contacted property to pay and gain access. Management refused to meet us at the property and would not accept a credit card or cash for the room. They insisted we must use pay pal which I do not use. After several texts they cancelled the reservation and we had to find alternative accommodations.

Pros:

Excellent central location in old town. No noise from clubs, etc. Kitchen is handy if you require this. Anthony responds promptly and professionally. I would definitely stay here again. Great value for the price
