A few tweaks and it would be perfect
Pros:

Good location
Shops and cafe opposite
Balcony
Separate bedroom, 8th floor
Nice little place

Cons:

I'm fussy with a shower, I like it to be adjustable, and powerful. The shower was good but not 100% for me.
The sink and toilet seemed a bit stained and could be a bit better cleaned. (I am being picky, the place was great)
