Little Gem
Pros:

The location was excellent. Clean, comfortable rooms with air conditioning. Clean modern bathroom with great shower. The pool area was very good with loads of comfortable sunbeds and a pool bar serving drinks and food at very reasonable price. Good wifi in the rooms and at the pool. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel had a great location close to the city center, and the price was very reasonable. The air conditioning in the room worked well. Overall, it was a good option for an affordable and budget-friendly stay.

Cons:

The room was very small, and there was barely enough space to open or store our suitcases. The bed sheets did not seem very clean. We also tried the breakfast once, but unfortunately, we didn’t find it very impressive

Great stay, great location good value for money
Pros:

Clean on arrival, although not cleaned throughout stay. Only realised you had to put a sign up to say you wanted the room refreshed.
Excellent pool area, rooms basic but comfy and shower was very good.
Great location to town.

Cons:

Staff were mostly friendly and helpful, however I don’t feel they went out of their way to make you feel welcome throughout the stay. Certain times we felt a little awkward , but maybe this was a language barrier.

Pros:

Все было хорошо. Для своих денег - все супер. Мы с подругами насладились своим прибыванием. Комнаты маленькие, но сам город предназначен не для того чтобы сидеть в номерах, а чтобы из Дальяна путешествовать в ближайшие города, поэтому рассматривайте этот отель, чтоб в основном переночевать. Днем можно полежать у бассейна. Все в минутной пешей доступности. Персонал хороший. Завтраки с небольшим выбором, но все есть.

Don’t have high expectations
Pros:

Location is really good.

The pool is quiet as people mostly prefer to go to the beach.

Breakfast is nothing fancy but it is nutritionally great.

It is good value for its price overall.

Cons:

Cleanliness is definitely number one thing to improve. When we arrived we had new sheets fitted but there were many strings of hair on them. I don’t think they were dirty or anything but visual inspection is a part of housekeeping.
Even though members of staff were polite and smiling the family who owns the premises is not matching that standart.

Good for a stopover in Dalyan
Pros:

Excellent location, right in the center of town, but not in a noisy area. The room was nice, and clean. The pool was nice but small.

Cons:

The public areas were neglected when cleaning. No elevator, and two flights of stairs to the room which was an attic, but not specified.
