Pros:

Przystanek autobusowy zaraz pod domem.
Plaża (z dużą ilością miejsca) oddalona 3 minuty pieszo.

Todo genial
La habitación era cómoda con todo lo necesario. Nos facilitaron toallas de playa, sillas y sombrilla y Pedro nos dió todo tipo de explicaciones útiles para hacernos la instancia en Valencia más cómoda.

Very good place - 100 m from the Malvarosa beach and the sea, just in front of the rooms tgere is bus station.

A great place to stay if you want to be near the beach.
Pros:

It was near the beach so that made it worth staying there.

Cons:

Maybe I didn’t understand what the owner said, but after you shut off the light, the ceiling fan stops working, but the room wasn’t too hot so it didn’t bother me.

The distance to the beach and city center is perfect, grocery shops nearby, access to public transport, helpful and friendly owner ready to help at any time. Perfect for family stays

Pros:

Bed was amazing. Obviously I should get a hard mattress as it really made for a good's night sleep and neither of us woke stiff or achy which we do sometimes sleeping in strange beds. Pedro the host was very friendly and helpful. Made us feel very welcome.

Pros:

Before we arrived the owner gave us clues for how to get to the place. He was very nice. During the stay unfortunately my bag was stolen. The owner helped me out with filing a complaint to the police. If not for him I would not even know how to do it. Thanks to the helpful nature of the owner, even though our stay was short we were able to enjoy more time in the beautitul playa and the city despite the unfortunate situation with the stolen things

All you need, clean and comfortable

Our stay was very comfortable and the owner was lovely, location was great
