Pros:

Overall okay semua. Cuma malam kedua ada sikit gangguan. Bilik tingkat 5, ada dengar bunyi orang buat kerja tukang pukul 12am ke 1.30am di tingkat 6 😅 ganggu anak nak tido. Tak pasti orang atau bukan. Sebab dah tgh pagi. Hahaha

Pros:

Location was strategic, many food spots and entertainment. There's Billion shopping centre - walking distance

Cons:

Noise - from the next rooms could be easily heard if you are a light sleeper ..pls think about it
We wanted extra blanket coz it was so cold but the receptionist said cannot, no extra blanket provided. Well I have travelled to many other cold places and when we request for extra blanket the hotel would surely provide it.
Parking is a bit of a problem- limited parking especially if its a weekend or public holiday
When we asked about the basement parking rates, the receptionist seems not to know.
I think hotel management must educate the staff so that they can give sufficient information to the hotel guest.

Pros:

Location of the hotel easy to access. There are many restaurants, fast food outlets and convenience stores nearby, which is very convenient.

Cons:

The environment was extremely noisy. We couldn't sleep well at all on our first night. The situation improved on the second day.

The shower head has a very low water flow, making showering inconvenient.
