Pros:

The hotel is clean and comfortable. We had a very large bed for two. The hotel is located right next to the Vitosha metro station and the Paradise shopping center, which is very large and has a lot of stores. I highly recommend it to anyone who comes for shopping.

New hotel, but there is room for improvement

Spacious room, good internet, friendly staff, good restaurant connected to the hotel .

Cons:

Very bad lightning in the room. There was no light on the desk, just some ambiental light over the windows, light at the bad, corridor and bathroom. As a business traveller I don't recommend this hotel. Unless you don't have to work in the room in the evening. Another funny thing was that you could not use the stairs instead of elevator, because the door between the staircase and each floor was locked if you wanted to open them on the side of the staircase. But unlocked if you went from your floor to the staircase. The receptionist said stairs are only for emergency. I found this ridiculous, especially if your room is on the lower floors. This kind of exercise is great and some of the hotels I've been to even promote use of stairs. I mean, not everybody has time to use fitness facilities, so walking the stairs is at least for me a kind of basic exercise (in lower floors, of course)

The room was big, good location.

Cons:

The breakfast was very poor and low quality. The eggs finished before 9 am. And we have to wait 15 minutes for new once. The bread was the lowest quaility available on the market.

Pros:

Recomand! Am facut popas o noapte, pe drumul de intoarcere din Grecia. Apartamentul este spatios, decorat cu gust, foarte comfortabil. Poti servi cina la restaurantul hotelului. Totul a fost super. Micul dejun gustos. Personal foarte amabil. Ne-a placut!
