A great stay for couples within budget and having all sorts of activities without any tension.
Pros:

While booking was searching for a good location, centre of pokhara, within a short budget, then suddenly found this guest house without thinking twice just booked for 2 nights. After arriving I just got amazed about the room view, from my bed I can see the full view of phewa lake, the peace temple, the pumdikot shiva temple, sharangkot shiva temple, ganesha temple, the paragliding takeoff zone, all from my balcony. And most amazing was the owner purna vaia, his warm hospitality kept us so warm that I will never forget. He is absolutely gentle person with all the knowledge of other arrangements, he arranged a taxi for us for the whole day for sight seeing, also arranged our paragliding activities, while leaving he even came to the bus stand and waited for the bus to see us off. I invited him to Bangladesh my home. Anyone can choose this stay for all the facilities within a short budget.

No lift , Poor Bathroom
Pros:

Room was big and spacious.

Cons:

My room was on the third floor and there was no lift. AC room was only in the top floor. Toilet flush were not working properly. Water taps were not working properly.No power backup during the power cut.

Cons:

Apart from the location everything, especially the staff behaviour tone is rude. They also took extra commission as a booking.com agency and the water facility is also not good, hot water is not available 24/7. Only the location was good, we had a very bad experience there and we left this place 2 days earlier.
