Great spacious and comfortable room with a nice terrace over the beautiful garden to the beach. Perfect location on a nice beach (and 15min walk to Yoyo's). Close to everything and very quiet.
Breakfast was poor (delivered to your room or 10min walking distance).
No hot water during my whole stay - not fixed either as promised.
Location was amazing great for surfing and wind sports, great sunsets and convenient location.

The location of the beachfront hotel is right in front of the beach which is lovely. Also the garden is well maintained.
The Booking.com description is seriously misleading and needs to be corrected. We chose this property specifically for a villa with a private kitchen, but upon arrival at the beachfront location, staff informed us that the villas are actually at a separate inland property. This discrepancy is apparently well known — and deliberately left uncorrected, since guests who want to move to the beachfront are then charged an additional moving fee.
Breakfast was equally disappointing. Waiting times were long, and the pancakes — listed as a menu item — arrived as a single plain pancake with a small side of honey.
It was a great and the staff are excellent. Highly recommend!

Perfect Villa!

Wifi is good, the location is great, we had two confortable chairs outside of the room with a nice view, the garden is big and has a volleyball net, the AC works great and has a nice surfboard rack that keeps the boards out of the sun and secured.
The bed was dirty, hot water only worked in the morning and the room door was really hard to open and close. Breakfasts usually took about an hour to arrive and to be honest they aren't great. One of our American breakfast had a huge long hair in it and once the pancake arrived with ants.
