Perfect Villa!

Wifi is good, the location is great, we had two confortable chairs outside of the room with a nice view, the garden is big and has a volleyball net, the AC works great and has a nice surfboard rack that keeps the boards out of the sun and secured.
The bed was dirty, hot water only worked in the morning and the room door was really hard to open and close. Breakfasts usually took about an hour to arrive and to be honest they aren't great. One of our American breakfast had a huge long hair in it and once the pancake arrived with ants.

It was over all easy relaxing clean with great staff.

A lovely hotel with great staff ! The bed was comfortable and the room relatively big. The shower was hot most of the time. The garden and the ocean view are amazing! The garden is very well taken care off and there is always someone planting or watering :-)
The location is perfect as you do not hear the noise from the street at all (other hotels are closer to the road where motorbikes pass by even at night) .
The breakfast is brought to the hotel from the nearby Mama Nings Warung or you can just go there (we recommend the latter as the food comes in paper / plastic). The choice of breakfast is limited but it’s always freshly prepared with love. Everybody was super nice at the hotel and the restaurant - and they are super kid friendly !
There was a bit of a misunderstanding at the end but luckily it could be solved and the manager was really kind to us!
Big plus: An excellent taxi driver was recommended - fair prices and super good driving.
We could not change the dates of our stay - but that was also due to the kind of reservation we made through booking. The staff wasn’t able to help us but they were still super friendly.
Laundry service is per piece and a bit expensive but super clean !
The location is perfect! Right of the beach, you get beautiful sunsets and walking distance to the surf break Yo Yo’s. There is also a little novelty wave that breaks right in form on the accommodation.
The place was very clean and the staff were very lovely and welcoming.
The wind was very strong there because of the positing within the bay. But I think the time of year I went, the wind blows strong everywhere, so it’s not really their fault.

The resort is amazing, just in front of the beach, they take really good care of everything, the staff is wonderful and they help us with everything.
The laundry service is a little bit expensive.

La mancanza di un bar/ristorante nell' hotel, per la colazione e qualsiasi altra richiesta si deve fare riferimento all' omonimo ristorante a 5 minuti a piedi il cui servizio è lentissimo.
