Genuinely disappointing
Pros:

Apart from having all necessary facilities, nothing else

Cons:

We were given a room for smokers despite requesting a non-smoking room specifically, got told "It is what it is" with no apology or compensation. The room and everything in it thus reeked of smoke, and we were just handed an air freshener spray to deal with the smell. The parking lot was a gathering spot for all sorts of people without any surveillance, and a drunken couple tried to unlock our door and get in in the middle of the night. The price is unjustifiable for the service provided, and leaves a bitter taste for a San Francisco visit.
