Great hotel in Bluffton convenient to old town
Pros:

Rooms were comfortable, bed soft, breakfast just okay, staff are great. Very helpful. Nearby restaurant Oakatie Ale House is excellent.

Cons:

They use an air freshener in lobby and fitness center and it’s overwhelming. I could not use the gym because of this.

Policy about cleaning rooms and getting clean towels and emptying trash was not communicated.

The hotel is in a safe area, which made my stay feel comfortable. The service was very nice and the staff were attentive. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of good options. However, for the price, the bed was disappointing. The metal frame was noisy and not very comfortable, which affected the overall quality of sleep.

Great place to stay for peace and quiet
Pros:

Great place to stay and it was very peaceful and quiet.. I hate staying at hotels because of people and noise and people going in and out all hours of the night being noisy but this place was quiet and every employee spoke and said hello and goodbye as you were leaving.. breakfast was great.
