Отель расположен в пешей доступности от многих достопримечательных мест, вокруг множество маленьких магазинов и ресторанов, а также рядом остановки и станция метро
Маленький уютный отель, в номере было все необходимое для комфортного пребывания

Cons:

A bad stay; I was deceived by the customers' reviews of the hotel.

Cons:

1.I didn't like that whenever I wanted to enter the hotel I had to ring the bell instead of giving each guest a key to the outer door, as if I were entering an apartment and not a 3-star hotel.
2. The first day I arrived at the hotel, the electricity was out. The power outage lasted from 9 PM until 3 AM, and they offered no assistance. When I learned that the hotel owner also owned another hotel, I went there myself and insisted on staying in the reception area. They eventually gave me a single room, even though my wife and I were exhausted from waiting and the bitter cold. Unfortunately, they didn't help us immediately or compensate us in any way.
3. I didn't like that the employee in the breakfast room, when customers left bread or cake pieces, immediately returned them to the breakfast area. This is unsanitary and unacceptable.
4- I didn't like that the room doors weren't secure and needed maintenance, and the hotel rooms weren't soundproof at all.
5.I didn't like that the bathroom shower wasn't working and they put a white tape over it instead of fixing it.
6.I was disappointed that the heating radiator wasn't working properly, so I personally bleed it out and released the air, after which it started working and providing the required heat.
7.I was disappointed when I asked the cleaning lady to change the towels and she told me she would, but unfortunately when I returned in the evening I found no cleaning or towel changes. So my wife and I changed the towels and made the bed ourselves.
8. I was disappointed that after six days at the hotel, the cleaning lady didn't come to clean my room until the seventh day, and I wish she hadn't come at all, as she didn't clean the room, only changed the towels.
9.I didn't like that when it rained, water entered the room and the humidity became high.
10.I wasn't impressed. They said breakfast was from 8 to 10 am, but by 9 am I hadn't even found a single bowl of soup.

Мне понравилось расположение. Персонал очень приятный, вкусный завтрак.

Cons:

То, что всегда нужно стучать в дверь, чтобы администратор открыл. Также рядом с отелем рынок и оттуда идёт тошнотворный запах. Нет минимаркетов рядом. В самом отеле не было отопления, я замёрзла. Попала в Стамбуле в период ливней - в отеле не смогла просушить куртку, было очень холодно, кроссовки промокли - пришлось выкинуть.
Хороший стабильный интернет. Я поехала протестировать свою удалённую работу и интернет в номере не подвёл. Уборщица не выносила мусор, хотя я оставляла табличку

فريق عمل رائع مريح هادئ غير متوقع يجعلك تشعر بالاطمئنان والألفة .
غرفة لطيفة . صغيرة جدا ولكن تفي بكل الاحتياجات الأساسية . ونظيفة . وإفطار أساسي ايضا جميل جدا ليس متنوع جدا ولكن مطبوخ بعناية تشعرك انك تأكل من يد أحد أفراد أسرتك . ومشروبات ساخنة ممتازة في الإفطار قهوة وشاي . وناس لطيفة مبتسمة ومريحة . قريب من محطات المواصلات . وقريب من مسجد الفاتح .

Cons:

الغرفة للاسف كانت باردة . التدفئة لم تكن تعمل و اعتمدنا في التدفئة على المكيف . والذي لم يكن كافي لتدفئة الغرفة . الأغطية ايضا لم تكن كافية . لا اعرف اذا كان هذا وضع طارئ أو مستمر مع مراعاة أنني كنت في أبرد فترة في السنة تقريبا . ورغم ذلك قد اجربه مرة أخرى لقربه من مسجد الفاتح . وطرق الموصلات موقعه لطيف والمكان مليء بالخدمات والمطاعم والمقاهي التقليدية .
