Pros:

Upon arrival, they had some technical problems with my room. But the receptionist Kim solved them very professionally and immediately provided me a comfortable room elsewhere. Thank you for all the kindness, quick and excellent response to the problem. I highly recommend this hotel with great location and excellent staff.

Great location, great staff, but the rooms and facilities could be a lot better
Pros:

The location and the staff were very good.

Cons:

1. There were a lot of stairs to carry luggage up and down and the stairwell was very tight. 2. There is no shower stall, you just shower right next to the toilet and it is quite a small space and there is no fan to take away the moisture. 3. They did not give you sealed bottled water as advertised, just a large reusable glass bottle of water with a stopper lid. 4. Some of the beds are very hard.

Pros:

Everything with the Room is very Nice and awesome mainly the Staff is very friendly. Although you might find that stay not possessing the lift to carry your luggage upwards if u are just traveling with a single big rucksack it should be fine else you find it difficult to take the luggage bit up.
Room was comfy, peaceful and not noisy
Very near to Lot of Places, if Coming next time to Vietnam will probably stay here in this Hotel
