The beds were very comfy however, and not a fault of the provider, did not sleep very well due to the noise from the bar

Facilities -shower very hard to control - water either hot or cold. Curtains didn’t cover the window.

Pros:

Great location and convenient facility. Spacious room - would have accommodated 3 really comfortably. Good facilities and lovely team.

Cons:

The room overlooked the high street - which means lots of noise until late into the night/early morning... especially as the window had to be open to keep the room cooler in the summer heat.
Maybe a wee cooling unit would help mitigate this?

Very enjoyable
Pros:

the room was large and airy which we appreciated as it was so hot during our stay. We were well supplied with tea/coffee/milks etc and any problems were only a phone call away. Very friendly people around. Beds very comfortable. Eating areas very close.

Cons:

Lacked space for storing cloths, shower a bit under par, only one window opened, a bit noisy at night.

Great room, comfortable stay. Great location.
Pros:

Stayed in the triple room which is room
6 and it was a really lovely room. Beds were very comfortable and we slept well. Good supply of hot chocolate, tea & coffee. Very clean and central location

Cons:

Shower is very unpredictable, either too hot or too cold. Code for front door didn’t work for us, lovely guy from Gayles helped us. Wasn’t that easy to find a number to call for assistance. Bottle of water in the room would have been useful. Tip if travelling by train on a Sunday - buses run every 2 hours and not easy to get a taxi

Beautiful place can’t wait to return
Pros:

Easy to find. Very comfortable beds abd our room was nice and spacious. Also tea and coffee in room with milk alternatives which doesn’t happen very often. Our first visit to Llangollen but will def be back

Cons:

I was a bit concerned about the key code to check in but it worked out fine

Cons:

Door to bathroom hit sink so was a struggle to get into the very small bathroom window wouldn’t stay open so had to put cup under it to keep it open a bit Bar right outside the window with car park with people chatting shit until 3-30 in the morning No air con or working TV for £120 a night but other than that it was ok 😂😂

Cons:

No fan or any form of room cooling, especially on the hottest day of the year. It was nationwide knowledge that the country was going into a heat wave, therefore the hotel could have made these provisions.

Good location .Expensive stay . Not worth £140 for a night.

No glasses /tumblers . Only 3 mugs . Had at ask pub opposite whether they had any plastic glasses. Never stayed anywhere were there were no glasses available..Very noisy in the morning from 7.30 from coffee shop adjacent. Also people struggling to check in after midnight . Could hear whole conversation. Parking advertised but only for about 5 cars so no parking.

Concept ok but part of what you pay for is service, so over priced.
Pros:

Easy. What contact we had with staff was helpful and friendly. We arrived early and parked up. We were offered the opportunity to access the rooms which were ready.

Cons:

Too hands off. Restaurant next door not available for breakfast. For the price we expected more. Room 3 needs the bathroom looking at; everything not secured to wall. Toilet roll, shower soap tray, toilet seat insecure. Room 5 shower very poor.

Pros:

Room was large, comfortable and very close to everything in the town.

Cons:

There wasn't enough milk left for the days staying and no way of knowing where to get more.
It should be mentioned that the long stay carpark is not 24hours and you will have to be up earley every morning to top up the meter.
