One bad apple can ruin the bunch.
Pros:

The majority of the staff are fabulous. They were kind and accommodating. They allowed me to have a late check-out, and I appreciated that very much. The room was very clean, as were the common areas.

Cons:

The lady in charge of breakfast clearly doesn’t enjoy her job. I greeted her, I thanked her, and I received grunts at best. Breakfast sets the tone for the day. It’s probably not her dream job, but it’s her job. I didn’t love everything about my job, but I certainly didn’t let people know it. The more I thought about it, the more annoyed I was. The breakfast, itself, was OK. The mini omelettes were cold. There were only two there, and they weren’t replenished while I was in there.

The only other thing I didn’t care for was being charged to park on basic parking lot. Nothing fancy, no valet…just a parking pad. Seriously?

Room was good and staff was helpful
Pros:

New and very clean

Cons:

Just one chair in room and no microwave and only mirror was in bathroom . Had to pay parking fee twice.

The staff were very accommodating with a handicap raised toilet seat and chair for the shower seat.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Location good. You had waffles and pancakes. Good selection of cereal. We were a late eater so I don’t know if there was fruit. Just might want to add some muffins and danish rolls!
