They have to pay attention at the smallest details possible to help guess have the best vacation.
Pros:

Some of the the staff members are nice, amd enchanted to help. It was a decent room but not for the price and the incident we had.

Cons:

I didn't like the room, they keep arranging for 1 person, we keep asking for towels and sheets, there are some amenities they didn't have in the room as they advised. The toilet didn't have water, eventho we let them know the next day, they didn't do nothing, basically we passed 2 nights managing if we have to poop o pee, that's a big fail for the hotel, not arranging ASAP the toilet or moving us. The pool was not clean, we attent twice to use, but on the last day we say we have to go try the pool before leaving and we had to clean first, before going inside as it was very dirty.

Pros:

Struttura situata in una zona tranquilla, la persona che ci ha accolto (il maestro) è stata super disponibile ed è stato un piacere parlare con lui! La stanza era pulita e profumata. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.
