duży metraż i czysto
Pros:

dobra lokalizacja, bardzo duży metraż, czysto, wygodne łóżka, fotele, standard wysoki, kuchnia ok ale bez czajnika (jakiegokolwiek), wysokie pokoje, widok ... na balkony domów naprzeciwka za 4 metry ale tam tak jest wszędzie chyba, ogólnie ok.

Cons:

za pierwszym razem nie wiadomo jak odebrać klucz a to jest na parterze mieszkanko 15 metrów dalej, wynajmująca NIC nie potrafi powiedzieć w żadnym języku poza włoskim (mamy XXI wiek, są przecież w komórkach translatory...), brak możliwości zostawienia gdzieś bagażu po godz. 10:00 rano, jest lekki hałas od motorów ale to tam wszędzie tak samo, od metra jest kawałek, na 1 piętrze bez windy. TV ma tylko 15 włoskich stacji które działają ... od 18 do 20 a potem "zanikają"... każdego dnia, dziwne. Brak kawy/herbaty/cukru.

Lokalizacja jest całkiem dobra. Blisko wielu historycznych atrakcji Neapolu. Mieszkanie jest przestronne. Ponadto myślę, że można poczuć klimat "prawdziwego": Neapolu.

Cons:

Można byłoby lepiej wyposażyć kuchnię: patelnia, większy garnek itp.

Appartamento pulito dotato di ogni comfort, posizione centralissima, stazione a 15 minuti a piedi.

Cons:

Avremmo avuto piacere nel trovare una bottiglia di acqua in frigo.

The location is very good. The agreement of late accommodation without problems and the conditions of accommodation super.
However, the flat has a kitchen and it is important to know that no pots and pans are provided, so there is no chance to use the kitchen to prepare meals!
To me, this is downright unacceptable because what's the point of a kitchen if it's not useful.
I had a group of people who attended a photography workshop, the flat was searched for with a kitchen and I could not imagine, until now, that you could offer a kitchen without pots and pans. Cutlery and plates were there.

Great location, nice space
Pros:

Great location in the heart of the messy historical centre. The space is nice and spacious, and there are lots of restaurants around but was still quiet. The space was nice and clean and the AC was effective. Was a good space and good value for two adult couples.

Cons:

The check in process is not that easy and has to be done in Italian. The apartment address is actually 47 rather than 54 as appears in the booking description. But the owner is friendly and welcoming so not a big problem overall. The shower is not the best - can't be raised above chest height and the hose dangles down from the ceiling in the middle of the shower. The interior is not perfect and has a lot of crumbly/messy patches on the walls
