The shared female dorms were incredibly clean, and it was nice to have clear separation and privacy between each bed. They provided nice touches like ear plugs, slippers, robes, towels and lotion, and cleaned every day. Location was also amazing and close to many restaurants and attractions. An awesome stay for a solo traveler!
Hanok Hotel was a beautiful and perfect first hotel stay for our little family. We loved the traditional style room and found it had many amenities for us including a great shower, comfortable beds, and a double sink. The lighting in the room was really nice and we loved the platform bed style. The room was a bit small, but it was nice that our luggage fit under the platform. We really enjoyed the atmosphere in the lobby. Since we weren't able to eat in our room, we ate snacks and sometimes meals there. It was cozy! The breakfast was wonderful and we all found things we enjoyed. The staff were so kind and doted on my daughter. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back some day!
The cups at breakfast were a little small, causing us to get up and down a lot. Having silverware available outside of breakfast time would be helpful. The wood trim in our room had a small finishing nail sticking out on our first night and ended up tearing up my new pants as we were coming in and out of the small space. We were able to push it back in but that was annoying. We would have loved more information on the laundry availability there as well.

L’emplacement proche palais et hanok, avec arrêt bus en provenance de l’aéroport à 2 mn à pied de l’hôtel.
La communication avec l’établissement même avant l’arrivée (reponse rapide et précise aux mails).
La décoration des chambres top et très bon petit déjeuner.
Manque peut-être de crochets dans la salle de bain pour accrocher les serviettes après la douche.
The beds and capsules were so comfy! The bathrooms were tidy and clean plus all the little
extras they added in were very thoughtful. Breakfast was epic! It’s a great location and the rules are mostly followed so it’s a really nice vibe.
Small thing - on check in they asked me for a card or cash deposit as they said customers had been stealing towels and causing damage. This expectation should be made clear when booking as I didn’t want to leave my card with them. Also, the capsules are very cute but you can hear everything! Not the hotel fault but the girl next to me spent about 3 hours late into the night packing and unpacking and zipping up her bags which can be a little annoying.
最上階から屋上に上がって、街並みが見え南山タワーも綺麗に見えました。室内は整頓されており過ごしやすかったです。

Alles pico bello und das in einem Hanok-Haus, super Idee und perfekt umgesetzt!! Alles mega sauber, ruhig zum Schlafen, Waschraum Dusche WC alles top sauer und laufend zwischendurch gewischt...Tolles Frühstück inclus...1 nacht unkompliziert verlängert... Zu gern wieder, 10 Punkte +++++

It is in a great location. The hotel is a clean place. The included breakfast is very good.
Rooms are way too small. the front staff was not flexible. They charged a hefty cancellation fee.
Klimat samego hotelu, wygoda łóżek, bardzo dobre, ciekawe śniadanie. Czystość, stały dostęp do kawy z ekspresu ;) Możliwość przymierzenia do zdjęć hotelowych hanbokow.
Bardzo mało miejsca na rzeczy, brak szafy. Kilka dni latem - polecam, w innych okolicznościach na pewno kłopotliwe w funkcjonowaniu. Cześć łazienkowa bez zamykania (część z umywalkami).
一階のダイニングスペースが広々しておりゆっくりできる。そちらで頂く朝の無料の朝食もクオリティが高く、また連泊してもメニューが違うので楽しめました。
ドミトリーで窓と少しの棚スペースがあるプランにしたのですが、この窓と棚のおかげで荷物の整理や朝の支度もしやすかったのでお勧めです。
ひとり渡韓の際はまた利用したいと思います。
朝もホテルから近いところに空港バスの停留所があり、始発に乗れば6時までには空港に着けるため、帰りが早朝便でも大丈夫でした。
カプセルタイプの宿全般そうだと思いますが、個室のロールカーテンを閉めると部屋のなかが暑くなるため、ロールカーテンをこまめに調節する必要がありました。
Il personale e' stato squisitamente gentile, l'hotel ha una piacevole atmosfera Hanok anche se non si tratta di un vero hanok, molto curato!
L'unica pecca il fatto che appunto non e' un vero hanok ma un palazzo dove e' stato ricostruito un hanok
La posizione è assolutamente perfetta! Nel centro vicino alla parte più storica di Gyeongbokgung e Bukchon Hanok village ma anche vicino alla parte con tanti locali di Ikseon - dong.
Colazione molto buona e di qualità la parte salata asiatica con zuppe gustose. Ottimo il caffè.
Stanza molto graziosa e pulita con letto assai comodo su pavimento rialzato.
Ci tornerei nonostante forse avrei gradito qualche cosa di dolce in più nella colazione, ma è cosa di poco conto.
