清潔だった

Cons:

食堂が夕食時、団体客で19時以降しか利用できず、朝食も団体客が早くから入り、利用できなかった。
作務衣しかなく、浴衣等、寝巻きが欲しかった

Worst sleep so far!
Pros:

Right next to the new AEON mall.

Cons:

The beds are so hard and they don't have mattress toppers. Nearly broke my back just sitting on the bed.

温泉の効能が良かった。
朝食も美味しくてまた宿泊したいホテルです。

Overall worth the price and the breakfast was nice as well
Pros:

The location is very close to the highway which was great. Very conveniently located next to a big mall

Cons:

Honestly the staff was excellent and the place was nice. My only complaint is that the bed was harder a mattress from the flint stones. If you are OK with that then it was great. I just need a bit more comfort with my bed.

Muy buen desayuno, las instalaciones son nuevas, limpias y amplias, la atención del personal es excelente.

Cons:

No pude usar el Onsen por los tatuajes, creo que deberían pensar en que los extranjeron no tenemos esas costumbres
