Pros:

The room was very comfortable, it had everything we needed. Javier was absolutely adorable and ensured everything was perfect.

Cons:

The location is deep in the clouds so it rained all night and despite the earplugs it was very hard to sleep. Because of the rain, we couldn’t really see anything outside either.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt
Pros:

Die Lage mitten im Nebelwald Monteverde war ausgezeichnet. Die Betten waren sehr komfortabel. Die gehobene Ausstattung hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Cons:

Wenn es stark regnet, ist es ziemlich laut. Aber das ist natürlich, schließlich ist man in einem großen Zelt.

Pros:

Absolutely stunning location. The staff went above and beyond; our estimated arrival time kept getting pushed back and the staff were super understanding. Amazing to wake up and look out at a beautiful jungle.

Cons:

A few "to be aware" ofs. First, the road to get to the parking is a bit steep/bumpy, so ensure you have a solid SUV and feel comfortable driving. Second, because of the material of the accommodation, the noise of the rain is really amplified, which may not be ideal if you're a really light sleeper.

Le principe du glamping est sympa. La chambre est vraiment bien équipée. Le personnel est très professionnel. A 2km des supers tyroliennes (10min en voiture la route est en mauvais état).

Cons:

Le rapport qualité/prix n est pas très bon. Les tentes sont proches des télécabines, à 06h le matin le bruit commence. Il pleut beaucoup dans la région et le bruit de la pluie et du vent sur les tentes rendent la nuit compliquée même avec des boules quies.

Wir haben im Glamping „Way to Heaven“ übernachtet und hatten insgesamt eine sehr schöne Zeit. Die Unterkunft ist außergewöhnlich und sehr naturverbunden, perfekt für alle, die mal etwas anderes als ein klassisches Hotel erleben möchten. Die Zelte sind modern gestaltet, gemütlich und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Man merkt, dass sich jemand Gedanken gemacht hat.

Der Service war sowohl vor als auch während unseres Aufenthalts wirklich sehr gut – schnelle und freundliche Kommunikation, hilfsbereites Personal und eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Auch die Ausstattung der Zelte ist im Großen und Ganzen überzeugend, auch wenn hier und da Kleinigkeiten nicht ganz rund waren.

Was uns allerdings etwas gestört hat, war das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Die Erfahrung war zwar besonders und schön, wir fanden den Aufenthalt insgesamt jedoch recht teuer für das, was man am Ende bekommt.

Trotzdem eine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft für alle, die ein modernes Glamping-Erlebnis in der Natur suchen – mit der Einschränkung, dass man bereit sein sollte, dafür entsprechend tief in die Tasche zu greifen.

Quiet stay in the middle of the forest
Pros:

We slept in the middle of the forest. The place is very peaceful, quiet and the staff were very kind and helpful during our stay.

Cons:

It was a bit out of town and we had to drive to get dinner in the evening. The road is a bit bumpy.
During the night it was a bit chilly, with extra blankets we kept warm.
