I stayed here for nine days in August and I would definitely stay here again. The room I rented was nice, comfortable, and not too expensive. They had all the amenities you could want and need for an extended stay. Additionally the staff were all pleasant and professional. It's also in a quiet and safe area of Manila. I had a very pleasant stay in the Philippines and a big reason why was having this place to return to after my daytime adventures in Manila. If you're planning on staying in Manila for a while I would definitely recommend staying here.

The hotel and room is very nice. The location is not very far from the airport, which makes it nice for a short travel time. The only reason for giving this hotel a low rating is because they are spammers. I have never encountered a hotel that sends repeated emails and multiple emails daily, starting almost 2 weeks before arrival and even continuing after check out. This is absolutely ridiculous to receive so many emails and messages. The one that absolutely upset me a lot was the repeated email asking for and demanding that a copy of everyone's passport in my family be sent to a gmail account prior to arrival. This is extremely unsafe. I would never do this and I would highly recommend that nobody send a copy of their passport to a gmail account. If it wasn't for the repeated request to send copies of my families passports to a gmail account and being spammed by this hotel, they would have received high marks from me.

Check-in process was quick and simple. Very responsive. Lobby and premises clean and safe. Despite the lack of amenities on or around premises, Grab delivers and makes up for what's missing 😊

Great place for get together with family and friends. It was an overnight stay prior to boarding back home.

Everytime i needed anything or any questions asked i was greeted with friendliness and a smile. Much thanks to the security, front desk, and housekeeping for making me and my whole family have a wonderful stay. The rooms were very clean and our proximity to many attractions was well above our expectations

We really injoyed the space this place offered our family. It was great to have private rooms for all of us. The things we didn't like about this property was the lobby very hidden tucked inside the parking garage. The other negative was the area around did not offer many resources like shopping or restaurants. I would stay here again, especially with a large group.

This is a service apartment managed by a company, not a hotel with a reception. The excessive number of check-in messages was problematic, especially for international travelers who might lack data roaming or an eSIM upon arrival in the Philippines. The property's location within an underdeveloped area presented significant challenges; my eSIM had no reception, making it difficult for the taxi driver to find us. The room also had an unpleasant odor, and the digital door lock was difficult to use, constantly alarming with "the door is unlocked." The only positive aspect was its proximity to Okada, just a few minutes' walk away.

Very clean and friendly staff. Close to malls and shopping. I did not like having to surrender my ID for a property pass as later I had issues using a credit card while shopping with no ID.

Unit was exeptional, cleanliness was great. Everything that you are expecting for when you stay in a condominium is there, from appliance, furnitures, new soft beds. It's american style condominium. This is a 100 % recommended condominium and would like to make my future reservations with them. Believe me i am a cleaning contractor for vacation rentals. The lady that takes care of the units is exceptional!!!

Complicated entrance and check in system, smells bad in the room.

Great spot for recovering after a long flight. The bed was comfy. Nice modern property with beautiful pool and nice gym.

I like the unit I rented because of the space layout which includes balcony and a separate bedroom with bath, giving you more space. The property is just across the street of Okada Hotel. Unfortunately, I could not give a 5 star because the internet connection was unstable during my stay and it is important for me to be able to catch important calls coming from my work abroad specially at night. Therefore, I have to cut short my stay. But I see a big potential to the property when wifi is improved and become stable.
