A great & refreshing stay kn
Pros:

A great hotel connected to the shopping mall / entertainment complex next door. We appreciated the free voucher to see the 3D film and an interesting exhibit about Kazachstan next door. The room and the bathroom were very spacious and nice. A great tarrace as well that was well covered from the sun & the heat.

Cons:

I think the hotel should consider free water / a water fountain in the hotel lobby for waiting guests esp given the summer heat. Also, some people worked in the lobby (as its very spacious) with their laptops & there were almost no electricity plugs.

Pros:

Любезно встретили,сделали upgrade номера и предоставили билеты в летающий театр,завтрак очень хороший,персонал обходительный и знает свое дело. 10 из 10!

Cons:

По сути ничего,единственное что холодильник в комнате был выключен когда мы заехали,но это мелочь.

Самый лучший отель ,всегда остановливаемся здесь уютно и комфортно,чисто.Ещё +поздравили с днём рождения, не ожидала спасибо всем и советую не пожалеете если выберите этот отель

Pros:

Las instalaciones son excelentes: espacios amplios, bien decorados y todo muy limpio. El spa también es muy bueno, y que te den un ticket para el flying theatre es una gran cortesía. Su ubicación es muy buena, muy cerca de todo lo que es necesario ver

Cons:

Todo anduvo bien. Quizás lo único que podría mejorar son las indicaciones de cómo llegar, es un poco confuso al ser dos edificios distantes entre ellos

来旅游的话，这里的入住体验非常好
Pros:

位置绝佳，去景点很近。周边景观营建无可挑剔，我们还体验了飞行剧院。酒店设施很好，早餐更是无可挑剔。

Cons:

唯一有点不足的是和工作人员的沟通，要两瓶水等了挺久，但总体没什么影响
