Отличный отель! Вежливый персонал, вкусные завтраки, великолепное расположение!!! Третий раз в Туркестане, но благодаря этому отелю уехал с наилучшими впечатлениями от города.

Отличный отель для семейного отдыха!
Pros:

Номера очень чистые, просторные. Попросили смежные номера, так как были с детьми - просьбу выполнили и даже открыли двери между нашими номерами. Вид из балконы был потрясающий.
Шикарное расположение отеля. Задний выход сразу выходит на детскую игровую зону, дале на аллею Карван Сарай.

Cons:

В одном из номеров плохо работал слив, то есть в душевой плохо уходила вода. Но так как мы были всего один день, в принципе это не было для нас дискомфортом.

Караван сарай Корпуска бөлінеді екен. Менің таңдаған нөмірім F корпусында екен,соны таппай 30 минут айналып жүрдім, сонысы ұнамады.

Pros:

Hotel con camere grandi e confortevoli. Bagno diviso dalla doccia e dal lavandino e molto spazioso. Staff molto gentile. La zona è molto turistica con spettacoli di balletti e buoni ristoranti. Personale molto gentile. Colazione ottima e abbondante

Cons:

Il frigorifero riscaldata, però alla reception sono stati gentili perché ci hanno messo le nostre birra nel frigorifero del bar.

Unbeatable value for money
Pros:

Everything. The room was enormous, modern, and very, very comfortable. The spa was extremely clean and beautiful. The free facilities, services, and entertainment are unbeatable!

Cons:

The breakfast, although good, does not match the overall quality of the hotel, which is excellent! In the spa, the steam room was not working.

Очень удобное месторасположение, номера уютные, интернет хороший.
Нашу группу заранее зарегистрировали и распределили номера, нас встретила приятная девушка Шугыла, провела инструктаж, забронировали время на Летающий театр.

Cons:

Почти все понравилось, только когда большие туристические группы, мест в столовой может какое время не хватать.
Особенно на ранний завтрак.
