The female desk clerk was nice at first however, I came along with a soccer team and the desk clerk was rude and had a major attitude with some of my family and to the kids being in the lobby having fun and enjoying the facilities.

well their wasnt any extra pillows in the facility. the power in the facility went out at 1130ish pm and was out for approx. 3 hours, so the rooms and the building itself became very hot, could not sleep.

There was a horrific smell on 4th by elevator for 2 days but once I said something it was gone. Also had blackout around 1am and didn’t know what was going on. Should have some text message systems to just alert guest on cells. Had know idea and call the non emergency number of the police dept to find out about it.

There’s nothing I did not like.

The pool was mouldy , the room floor had dog’s hair, the electricity jumped and when asked to fix it , it took about 40 minutes. And I’ve been asked to charge the phones one at a time 😳 Because the electricity will jump again.
Food 👎🏻. WiFi is not free!
I’ll not return, that’s for sure!

The bed and pillow were somewhat comfortable. The bathroom door wouldn't stay open.

The bugs!!! The filth. It was truthfully the worst hotel I have ever stayed at! The sweet lady at the front desk wanted my photos. When I showed her, she was disgusted. I was going to email her the photos but I misplaced her card and email address. This was such a horrible property.

The sheets were not changed from the last occupancy. There was hair in the bed. The sheets along with the shower was dirty. The front desk person was nice but the room was disgusting. I also have pictures of the body print that was left on the sheets.
