Booked 3D2N with the property, lowkey the review was average to good nothing wonderful but i choose to stay because convenience. However upon my check in on 28/01, disaster starts. Check in flow was ok but the process of the staff was slow and the fact that he forgets that my passport was in the scanning printer, if i were to not think that it was not important i would have just left and go to the room, LUCKY I DID. When to the room, i dont mind room without window but this quality of room and layout is horrendous. Super cramped, Super small and not clean properly. Checked the room and the only thing i feel nice is the toilet. When to test on the bed, OMG you can literally feel the spring. There is only one socket to charge phone which is hidden beside the bed. This was the first i entered feeling suffocated by the cramped layout of room 401. It was so uncomfortable that i went down to the reception to see if things can be changed. I came with the intention to upgrade to another room and mind you i dont mind paying additional, this staff of yours brushed me off by saying, “oh cannot if you book through booking.com, everything must be done there, even change room or upgrade because what booking.com give me is assigned”. Hmmmmm, like i never work in hotel line before which clear enough i know the processes. I kindly asked for his assistance and he reiterated the same, and say that “once you talk to booking.com management will review”. Mannnnnnn, booking.com is a platform where you make booking, assignments of rooms and upgrade is by hotel, what does he mean by that statement?!?! Clear enough this staff is not well train, and clear enough his knowledge is poor, please reeducate. I was annoyed that i didn’t check in to the room and liaise on my phone for this with my battery was only on 5%, seriously this behaviour is disgusting. I was so pissed that i left and tell him i wanna put my item at reception first till i sort out things.

Pros:

เดินทางสะดวก เนื่องจากติดกับสถานีMasjid Jamek ร้านค้าสะดวกซื้อ KFC และใกล้กับ Merdeka squre, River of life สามารถเดินไปได้เลย เวลากลับจากเที่ยวตอนกลางคืน จะเห็นแสงสีของ Masjid jamek สามารถเดินรอบๆตอนกลาฃคืนได้ บรรยากาศโรแมนติก พนักงานอัธยาศัยดีและน่ารักมากๆทั้ง 3 ท่าน

Cons:

ผ้าปูเตียงแอบมีคราบเหลืองเล็กน้อยและเนื่องจากใกล้กับสถานีมากทำให้มีเสียงรบกวนของรถไฟฟ้า ค่อนข้างสะเทือน แต่ก็หลับได้

Excellent value.
Pros:

Hotel 1915 is located within the Malay Indian commercial district so their are numerous restaurants and clothing stores to explore.

A short taxi or transit ride away are the beautifully serene botanical gardens, Jurassic type open air bird park and the National Museum.

Cons:

Noise from the rear of the property.
