Komfortable kleine Wohnung im Neubauviertel. 10 min zu Metro, um in 20 min im Zentrum mit einer Ubahnlinie zu sein. Sehr geraeunife Tiefgarage inkludiert. Vom Flughafen auchvnur 15: min weg. Rooftop nutzbar mit Pool im Sommer. Kneipen in 5:min Entfernung.

Cons:

Im Erdgesxhoss zu wohnen ist fuer uns gewoehningsbeduerftig mit der Strasse vor der Tuer. Die moderne neue Dusche braucht eine Glaswand.
