Convenient stay with parking and gym
Pros:

We appreciated that the hotel is pet-friendly (for an additional fee). The reception staff were very helpful, friendly, and always ready to assist. Free underground parking was a big plus, as well as the availability of a gym and a cinema room. The building is modern, and the heating worked well throughout our stay. By car, it takes about 30 minutes to reach Madrid city centre.

Cons:

The apartment felt a bit small for two people, even though I had booked a one-bedroom unit. The kitchen was poorly equipped; in particular, the absence of a kettle and a toaster was inconvenient. Also, there were no blackout curtains in the living area.

Prima hotel.
Pros:

Alles bijna nieuw en schoon. Er zat een complete keuken bij. Met onder andere een koelkast, kookplaatje, koffiezetapparaat en vaatwasser.
Ruimte gratis parkeergarage. Loopafstand (15 minuten)naar metrostation naar het centrum/of naar een groot overdekt winkelcentrum

Buena opción cerca de Madrid!
Pros:

El apartamento era amplio, completo y bien decorado. Facil llegar, hay garaje para quien va en coche. Las chicas de la recepción son muy amables. Hay bares, restaurantes y centro comercial cerca que se puede acceder caminando. Lo recomiendo...

Cons:

Para mi gusto y espalda, el colchón era demasiado blando. Todo lo demás perfecto.

Soggiorno a Madrid
Pros:

Le stanze sono curate e moderne, ci sono le cose essenziali come stoviglie e piatti. Accesso alla palestra e piscina in estate. Molte aree comuni dove poter lavorare o guardare un film.

Cons:

La posizione è molto periferica ma la metro vicina permette di arrivare in centro in circa 30 minuti

Pros:

O espaço é agradável e tem comodidades muito boas. Tais como ginásio! E achei incrível ser acessível para animais.

Cons:

É muito distante do centro de madrid. E é uma zona habitacional, não tem quase nenhum comércio. Como não oferece pequeno-almoço, fica difícil a logística com a comida pela distância ao centro.
Andávamos todo o dia fora porque na zona não tínhamos onde comer.
E fica longe de metro, sempre mais de 1h.
Para nós a localização não compensou o resto.
