Tevredenheid en rust
Pros:

De rust van de omgeving weg van de drukte van Ambon city en de service

Cons:

We hebben 3 tips:
1. Betere verlichting in kamer zodat je ook kunt lezen.
2. Drinkwatervoorziening als service. Andere hotels in die prijsklasse hadden alle een apparaat met koud en heet water voor hun gasten.
3. Een voorziening om (bijvoorbeeld via partnership) scooters te verhuren om de omgeving te verkennen.

Pros:

Het personeel was erg vriendelijk maar wel afwezig.

Cons:

Het was overal vies. De bedden leken niet verschoond, haren van de vorige gasten lagen er nog in. Badkamer was niet schoongemaakt. Dat was te zien aan de haren en rommel op de grond. Gordijn was puur ter decoratie met zonsopkomst werd je meteen wakker. Geen wifi op de kamers maar alleen in de lobby. Bedden waren erg oud, alle veren waren te voelen. Geen 24uurs receptie zoals wel beschreven.

Pros:

Abbiamo avuto la possibilità di parlare con una famigliare dei proprietari molto carina, parlava inglese è stato veramente carina con noi. Tra altro siamo atterrato alle 6 am to Ambon e ci hanno dato la stanza prima del checking che per noi era fondamentale riposarci perché eravamo stanchi è faceva molto caldo.

Cons:

E difficile prendere qual cosa da mangiare e bere vicino.

Trois super journées à Passo/Ambon
Pros:

La gentillesse du personnel, chambre très propre, grande terrasse sur le toit et l'emplacement situé à Passo et éloigné de la route principale et de ce fait très calme.
Et un grand merci à Ulis pour sa gentillesse et son accueil.

Cons:

Petit bémol : pas grand chose pour manger dans le coin, donc mieux vaut avoir un scooter ou utiliser les transports collectifs qui sont très nombreux.
