Очень понравился этот отель. Персонал вежливый, внимательный и всегда готов помочь. Заселение прошло быстро и без каких-либо проблем.
Номера чистые и уютные, есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания. Уборка проводится регулярно. Душевая и ванная комната также чистые, всё работает исправно, всегда есть горячая вода.
Отдельно хочется отметить удобное расположение отеля — рядом находятся магазины, кафе и остановки транспорта, поэтому легко добраться до разных районов города.
Персонал относится к гостям с уважением и старается сделать пребывание максимально комфортным.
В следующий раз, когда я приеду в Istanbul, я обязательно остановлюсь именно в этом отеле. Искренне рекомендую его всем.

I really liked this hotel. The staff are polite, attentive, and always ready to help. Check-in was quick and smooth.
The rooms are clean and comfortable, with everything needed for a pleasant stay. Housekeeping is done regularly. The shower and bathroom are also clean, everything works properly, and there is always hot water.
I would also like to highlight the great location of the hotel — there are shops, cafés, and public transport stops nearby, making it easy to reach different parts of the city.
The staff treat guests with great care and try to make the stay as comfortable as possible.
The next time I visit Istanbul, I will definitely stay at this hotel again. I sincerely recommend it.

Nice new hotel in the old city of Istanbul. Interesting neighbourhood with many restaurants and lokantasi, and easy access to all kinds of transportation (including direct bus line to airport) plus parking station nearby. Clean and conforatble. Very good breakfast with changes everyday.

De locatie van het hotel is uitstekend, dichtbij Aksaray metrostation, bus- en tramhaltes, evenals diverse restaurants, winkels en een groot winkelcentrum. De kamers zijn netjes en goed onderhouden. Onze superior familiekamer was praktisch ingedeeld. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
The location is only about 100 meters from the metro and 300 meters from the tramway wich reaches key places in the city.
