Large City Centre Room

The door into the flat was loose with screws hanging out so we couldn't get into the flat initially, I tried to phone the number I had been provided for help twice and I got no response. I then messaged through booking.com whilst my partner used the key to screw the screws back into the door handle and we eventually got in but I still didn't hear anything back from the host. I didn't feel completely safe in the area and I wouldn't have stayed there if I were by myself, as I was nervous about any issues trying to get back into the flat later in the night. The whole flat seems quite rundown and dingy. Felt like I was back in a uni house especially with how well you could hear everyone else in their rooms. Described as a large room I had expected a bit more space. Finally it was difficult to check out by the time given as everyone was trying to use the 1 bathroom for showers etc leading up to check out.

Wasn't able to access flat the stair well was covered in spider webs and wasn't that clean

Smelled of weed not clean dangerous electrics broken doors not secure at all rowedy people downstairs in flat A who were playing loud music through out the night like they owned the place with no care for anyone else on the upper floors and been woken up at 8am to shouting and music

It was absolutely filthy. We didn’t know the bathroom was shared, nor the kitchen. There was no hot water from the bathroom tap, no mirror in the bedroom. Someone’s toenail was on the floor, and only 1 pillow per person with no extras. Towel had a stain on it, floor obviously hadn’t been hoovered, the walls were filthy. One of the drawer handles was broken. No one had cleaned that place properly in a while.

It smelt like cat piss, it was dirty. We left after 30 minutes did not stay there and they did not issue a refund. Not fit for human inhabitants.

Poor decor in bedroom, poor cleanliness in bathroom. I understand the bathroom is a shared space but certain parts are down to the cleaners surely. Sink cracked, extraction covered in dust, walls in bedroom covered in filler and not painted over. What looks like a scorch mark on the wall. Definitely not worth the money

I don’t like anything. Everything was damaged, don’t return money

Very dirty didn’t look anything like the pictures the bathroom has not been cleaned in a very long time. Room was freezing radiator didn’t work.
