If you want really bad experiences,stay in this hotel.
Pros:

Apart from location, the rest are really bad. We had very bad experience at this hotel such as broken down the sir condition middle of the night, no water on the sink tab, door clock was broken and electrical socket are broken and the smell in the room is very awful as there is no window in most of the rooms.

The lobby!!

Cons:

Horrible room. First had no windows, and the fridge did not work. I had to pay rm25 more for a room with a window, but it did not have a fridge. Eventually got a fridge, but there was no apologies for the messing around, taking nearlyDreadful, ee 1 hour to get in to the room. Staff were nonchalant at best! Would absolutely never stay here again!!

I spent three nights at HSK Hotel and came away thoroughly disappointed. From the moment I entered the room, a layer of dust was visible on almost every surface, including the wardrobe shelves, which made me reluctant to unpack my clothes. The bathroom was particularly off‑putting: I found strands of hair on and around the toilet, and a small cockroach even appeared one evening. Worse, the toilet would only flush properly once. Although I set the air‑conditioner to 16 °C, it never delivered anything close to cool air, and I ended up sleeping uncomfortably hot for all three nights. Staff aware. The television remote didn’t work either, so the only way to turn the screen off was to use hand manually to turn off volume and can’t power off tv entirely. Altogether, the dust, persistent maintenance problems, and lack of proper housekeeping left me far from satisfied.

Luxury room was a lie it was a really really cheap hôtel. Our room had no window and there was a wall behind the curtain. The bathroom was very small and the overall feeling was old and depressing.

One of the worst property pls don’t visit the actual size of the room is not same as shown in pic it is very small .. very poor service and bathroom is worst nightmare no hot water

Location close to Chinatown

Cons:

7th floor restroom roof leaking, yellowish water running down, hallway leaking use bucket to catch rainwater, 6th floor shower flooded. Large cockroach in room, no legroom for toilet in corner bedroom. Sewage smell from the toilet. Do not book here. Old hotel not match photo.
