Pros:

Everything was perfect. The staff was super nice and help through my stay with some taxi-issue.
Breakfast was really good and fresh!

Wonderful stay in the Peak District
Pros:

Gorgeous place layered with history up in the Peak District. Staff were lovely with a lot of knowledge on the house . The room was beautiful with all the comforts of home

Cons:

The bathroom was lovely and clean but did have a shower bath combination which I wish they would just stick to a walk in shower and save the bath for those rooms with a bigger footprint . They really are difficult to get in and out of and not as convenient. Food was nice but quite fussy would prefer a more laid back menu .

Excellent food, staff, rooms, hotel and grounds!
Pros:

Excellent location with excellent staff to match! Hotel was comfy and there enough staff to take care of our needs. Food was excellent and we had lunch, dinner and breakfast. Simon and his team in the kitchen were superb!

Cons:

There wasn’t anything. We had a couple of hiccups with our dinner arrangements but Sammi sorted it all quickly and without further concern to us.

What a beautiful stay - the rooms and property generally were gorgeous. Gardens were just perfect.

Will do again, the weather was great so we could sit outside
Pros:

Menu good, not quite hot enough eggy breakfast.

Cons:

Problem we have as old folks is we are deaf so sitting close to another table is difficult. For this reason we don’t go to parties. If not many people in would help to spread them out a bit.. I know it’s not always possible.

Loved it!!!
Pros:

Every dish we ate at The Peacock was excellent as was the service. The staff go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and have everything you want and they always did this with a smile and graciously. They felt like good friends

Cons:

I don't see how you could improve except to expand the evening menu
