Cons:

Payed almost 10k and still they don’t provide breakfast as compliments but it’s a star hotel..! We need to pay 300 extra for breakfast, it’s a nothing but a scam .!

The house keeping staff who were ready to help and a gentle man in reception who was helpful in spite of instigated otherwise.

Reception

The treatment I got at the reception was very bad. One particular lady receptionist treated us as unwanted guest, although I had booked about a month back.

Restaurant

we liked the a la carta dinner we had but the buffet breakfast was laid out with grudge, may be staff shortge. When we asked for glasses for juice, dirty paper cups were provided although there were many glasses on the table. When we asked the reason for the poor hospitality and service, gas shortage was told as a reason. You dont need cooking gas for a smile and to offer a juice in the glass, which was readily available on the table. We did not take breakfast for the next 2 days although we paid for it because of the poor attitude of hotel staff.

Even when we paid the amount for settlement, it was accepted with a dirty attitude, I was not given the print out of the bill. or the list of expenses i paid for.

The intercom was not working from the 2nd day. When asked for the alternate number asked for availing room service it was given not given initially and later on shared with lot of hesitation.

I won’t recommend to anyone Sorry . It’s not worth enough to the charges we have paid

Toilet and washroom are with damaged and dirty pipes .
Rooms not cleaned properly
Found ladies hair everywhere
Last year we have visited here and stayed for 10 days.
When compared to last year, this year was very worst
