Das Personal zeichnete sich durch außergewöhnliche Hilfsbereitschaft und Freundlichkeit aus. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausgezeichnet, und die Lage des Hotels war ideal. Die Zimmer waren angenehm und komfortabel.

An excellent choice when visiting Siem Reap...
Pros:

The outstanding feature of this hotel was the staff. Brilliant, courteous, constantly smiling. It was a joy to deal with them. The meals were good in the upstairs dining room, the pool was large and spotlessly clean. Wifi worked well. Its slightly outside of Siem Reap centre but that was a bonus.

A very comfortable stay
Pros:

The room was huge and spotless! They changed the towels every day, which was a pleasant surprise. The laundry service was excellent and very affordable. The pool was lovely, but keep in mind that not all loungers had shade, especially during the afternoon. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed a lovely breakfast. They were great at arranging tuk-tuks for us, and most places we visited only cost between $2 and $3 US. The staff also gave us some wonderful recommendations for where to eat.
