My local favorite hotel.
Pros:

The staff. They were amazing as always.

Cons:

Initial room size. But staff took care of it. Also bar lounge furniture need refreshing. Old and over used.

Repetiría al volver a Zurich sin dudar.
Pros:

Muy limpio. Cerca a la estación de tren. Cama cómoda. Muy buen aislamiento.

Cons:

La única pega es que la habitación es bastante pequeña y se necesita confianza con la otra persona para pasar varios dias allí.

Excellent location. Very good rooms, satisfactory breakfast. Nice Bar.
Pros:

Great location. 150 mt to central station and walking distance to many highlights of the city. Room was very nice and also very quiet despite the main road in front of the hotel. Housekeeping is optional - if you're staying very short and don't really need the room cleaned up you can get free cocktail vouchers instead.

Cons:

All is good.

Bene ma può migliorare

Bella struttura, bella la zona bar ottima la posizione, buona la colazione anche se a pagamento. Staff cordiale e hotel pulito!

Cons:

Non c’è frigo bar in camera e nemmeno bollitore.. noi viaggiavamo con una neonata di 8 mesi e ogni volta anche di notte dovevo scendere per far riporre dallo staff il latte in frigo.. o chiedere acqua bollente. Molto scomodo. La camera wow che ci avevamo assegnato era molto piccola, non ci stava nemmeno la culla e il paseeegino in camera dava fastidio ovunque lo mettessimo. Poi ci hanno cambiato camera su richiesta ed era perfetta. Ci hanno aggiunto anche la culla.. peccato che non aveva finestre. O meglio non si apriva.

je n’avais pas le déjeuner inclus et comme personne ne comprend le français j’ai voulu prendre ce supplément sur place on nous demandai 30 francs par personne ce qui est inacceptable!
