Fantastic place to stay in this small village, far from the crowds of tourists.
Pros:

Small village Ekincik is exactly what we were looking for. Small place with not too many tourists and the nice beach. Olive Tree Hotel met all our expectations. It is run by the family and everyone is ready to satisfy you. Owners were super kind and hospitable. They met all our wishes. We stayed there 5 days. Rooms and bathroom in the hotel were clean and spacious. The owner took us to a half day tourist boat trip to the town of Dalyan for a reasonable price, although, since the main season was over, four of us were the only tourists on the boat. The beach is about 10 minutes walk. We found out that the best part of it is far eastern part or to the right from the Olive Tree Hotel. It has real sand and the least waves. Other parts of the beach have sand and a little bit gravel as well and more waves on some afternoons. Breakfast in the hotel was great and there was everything to make you full for at least half of the day. We also had dinner 4 times in this hotel and it was the best. Delicious and nice served with freshest fish, salads, veggies. We also asked for a food that was not on the menu and they fulfilled our wishes. There was a kitchen in our room but we didn't use it. I think it was good equipped and would serve the purpose. All in all I warmly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Pros:

-Sauberkeit
-freundlicher Familienbetrieb, Zeynep und Ilhan waren hilfsbereit
-Essen im Restaurant war gut
-ruhige Lage

Wir kommen gerne wieder

Cons:

-Hellhörigkeit der Räume
-Frühstück könnte etwas abwechslungsreicher sein, war aber lecker
-Strand ist etwas weiter weg, war für uns aber nicht schlimm
-geringe Einkaufsmöglichkeiten

Hopefully come back sometime in future.
Pros:

Very friendly family run business. All foods were well prepared and delicious. Great destination if you would like to a have nice quiet and relaxing vacation.

Very comfortable with everything needed for a stay. Although this is an Apart Hotel service was great.
Pros:

Very clean and spacious in a peaceful location. Great hosts. Breakfast was delicious.

Cons:

The main bedroom was lacking a sheet for the bed.
