Kedves személyzet,jó elhelyezkedés.

Cons:

Kényelmetlen ágy. A fürdőben nehezen folyik le a víz a zuhanyzóban. Hatalmas pókháló a mosdó felett.
A vacsora mind a két nap közepes volt.
A minibárban csak víz volt .

The room was comfortable and spacious. The shower was excellent. The place was very clean and organized.
The food was fresh and tasty. Service was good

Cons:

Room towels didn't get replaced by cleaners. We had to ask on two separate occasions.
Mattress wasn't great.
No tea/coffee maker in the room. I thought such a thing was standard.
The spa; outdoor pool was filled but closed
Indoor pool was tepid. The jacuzzi was barely warm. Why? No towels supplied downstairs. No water cooler for the sauna area. Apparently the only way you can drink water is by buying it. I would call not keeping customers in a spa hydrated a possible health risk.
No hooks for towels in sauna area!
Only one sauna was hot enough to be called a sauna and the others were barely warm. If you offer a spa then do it properly. The plunge pool wasn't cold enough.
The dining room; the most annoying thing was if you wanted a drink of water with your meal you had to buy overpriced mineral water. Why? I hate being in a place where I feel they're trying to squeeze you dry for something that should be free. We're next to a lake, for God's sake
We were also charged for parking. The whole area was empty. It's simply not good business to do this.
We won't be coming back again.

Pros:

Tiszta rendezett látszik hogy van gazdája a szállodának!
Az étkezések is nagyon rendben voltak.

Igazi luxus minőség minden tekintetben. Kényelmes, igényes szobák, prémium extra friss ételek. Finom italok.

A bejáratnál az a kéz nélküli, felszarvazott női szobor test, ami nagyon modern stílussal erőlködik, dehát ízléstelen, úgy mint a gender mozgalom😬

Pros:

A hotel csodálatosan berendezett, csendes, nyugodt, az étterem ételei káprázatosak, a személyzet maga a tökély,
mindenhol kedvesen, szívélyesen fogadtak minket. A wellnes, a bár szolgáltatásai is szuperek.

Tiszta, kulturált hotel.

Cons:

A fürdő szoba nagyon elfuserált. Gyakorlatilag a tusoló nincs elszeparàlva. Tusolás után àll a víz az egész fürdőszobában.
