Really nice boutique style hotel. Will stay again
Pros:

Clean and comfortable rooms, well trained receptionists, nice breakfast. Well run hotel overall. Good location.

Cons:

A meat platter at the bar : the meats were of a very poor quality, Monoprix style. Unexpected for 5 star hotel.
No body lotion.

We had an amazing experience at Hotel Pont Royal, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was great. We had a beautiful room overlooking the city of Paris and a view of the Eiffel Tower from our balcony. We enjoyed our stay very much and look forward to returning to Hotel Pont Royal again

Cons:

Unfortunately as with most hotels across Paris, the bath/shower area is frustrating as the shower screen hardly stops any water from splashing out, so after we took showers the entire floor and vanity bench would be soaked. However, once the room was cleaned the following day it was fine, and this is something we found to be common across hotels in France

We had a great stay in Paris with views of the Tour Eiffel and Sacre Coeur.
Pros:

We were able to check in a few hours earlier than anticipated which was very nice since flying in on an early flight. 5 star hotels should have this offered. You get what you pay for.

Cons:

Nothing.

I will come back again to Hotel Port Royal.
Pros:

The location was great, a lot of antique shops and cafes around the hotel which made me feel like it is not just a touristic spot but also residential. I loved that it was within walking distance to everywhere I wanted to visit.
It was really clean and staff was very polite and helpful. I would definitely stay again.

Cons:

It is probably a personal preference but I would prefer a more modern bathroom with just shower. Still everything was very clean so not a big problem at all :)

Pros:

I strongly regret staying at this hotel. The room was in very poor condition and far below any acceptable standard. The window would not close properly, which made the situation even worse. Because of this, outside noise was extremely loud, especially the constant ringing of the church bells, which sounded as if they were inside the room

The hotel is in an excellent location, and many of Paris’s best attractions are within walking distance. The surrounding streets are full of restaurants, bars and interesting shops.
