Great place to stay in Santa Cruz
Pros:

Beautiful hotel. Pool area was nice and had great trees and greenery. Breakfast was great, staff is kind and friendly and helpful. Room was exactly as advertised.

Close to downtown. It was quiet during the night.

Cons:

The ceiling fan didn’t work. Still had the the A/C but I wanted to used the fan instead. It works with a control remote, I tried pressing all buttons but nothing.
