1. Body wash gel and shampoo were not provided adequately (though there was hand wash gel in the fixed container),
2. Drainage system in the bathing area requires attention and cleaning/ repair - water remains and overflows during shower,
3. There is no refrigerator in the room - our milk and fruits were wasted,
4. We discovered a dead mouse just outside our door in the open courtyard (brought by a cat) and informed the host; though he expressed sorry for it, but was not removed and cleaned (it remained there for more than a day and a night and the next morning, till we left).
В номере чисто, есть все необходимые удобства. Спальные места хорошие, спасть удобно. Есть плита газовая, маленький холодильник, электрический чайник. Телевизор. Номер небольшой, но мы в троем разместились комфортно. Были проездом ночевали 1 ночь. Всё понравилось. Спасибо.
Немного заблудилисть, долго искали, спасибо девушке из парекмахерской, помогла. Мало места для парковки. Парковка во внутреннем дворике, машин на 5-6. Ворот нет, поэтому немного не комфортно. Но видела есть видеокамеры , рабочие или нет незнаю.
Неплохое месторасположение, недалеко от метро и большого туристического проспекта Агмашенебели для пеших прогулок

Удобный, тихий номер. Близко от ЖД вокзала.
Было очень скользко в ванной комнате после использования душа.
We like host who was very kindly and responsive, and location was perfect
No thing
The room we got on the ground floor was actually very nice, all clean and nicely decorated. It also had a shared terrace. The staff was nice and accommodating. Localization was good too-not a long walk from the train station.
Somehow difficult to find, surroundings are odd (look slightly dodgy), cats around (meowing!), a bit of greasy-looking spots found on walls (mould).
Quiet location with everything we needed. Staff were very helpful.
It was my second time at this place. Not in this room but still it was a great experience, everything is perfect !

This is the best property I stayed in Georgia. Room is big and well organized. really made me feels like home. Clean and tidy room. located very near to Fabrika. I feel sorry for myself found this place in the last day of the trip.
It was ok, peaceful, a small apartment in the center of that wonderful district. Clean, although e.g. toiletpaper were not offered and the staff couldn't speak English.
It was fine, but e.g. it was raining a lot and a kind of a lake was formed in the courtyard that in the night was hard to avoid. But the rest was fine. And toilet paper pls!
Really big rooms, clean, was very happy.
Location may not be best depending on what you are seeing in Tbilisi.
Excellent stay, impeccable cleanliness, welcoming and kind staff. Property in an excellent location. When I return to Tbilisi, it will be my reference point.
