Pros:

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The suite was spacious, modern, and exceptionally clean. The staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to help. The location is excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the overall atmosphere was quiet, relaxing, and luxurious. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely choose this hotel again

Good and comfortable rooms and excellent location for dining out, especially when coming from KSA
Pros:

It was not just a room, but a complete 1BR apartment that was very spacious. We forgot our phone charger and were contacted by the hotel staff that they found it. That does not happen very often. So very good!
The location directly next to all the Al Liwan restaurants is excellent.

Cons:

The setting of the living room was a bit unpersonal and too business-like

That no one told us that there is a swimming area neer that we can take the kids there and i asked for it and they didn’t mention it to me by chance one of your employees told me about it i was so so sad all days my kids sitting doing nothing

الفندق جميل وتجربه رئعه ولكن الظفة الاستقبال لم تكن بقدر المسؤليه

موظفة الاستقبال ماريا كنت أريد إنهاء إجراءات الخروج مبكر كانت تقوم بالاجابه على الهاتف مرتين رغم وقوفي أمامها مما ادى إلى تأخري للسفر مع العلم تم ابلاغهم قبل تسجيل الخروج بساعه
