Clean, friendly, comfortable and good location.
Pros:

Staff is very friendly and English speaking. Some rooms are more compact than others but have everything one needs for daily and longterm living. Room and building are very clean. Tokyo is huge and each area/neighborhood is different but I liked the location of this property, with easy train access and quiet at night.

uno de los mejores lugares en donde puedes quedarte en Japon
Pros:

todo. en especial la lavanderia que incluye lavado y secado en el mismo equipo que estaba en la misma habitacion muy practico superaron mis espectativas. el personal muy amables incluso le paso un poblema a mi bebe de 7 meses y ellos me han ayudado hasta quedar yo mismo tranquilo del asunto. definitivamente regresaria!

que el servicio de kuronekoyamato no enviaban mis maletas desde el aeropuerto hasta el hotel. pero estan bastante cerca de la estacion de tren asi que no fue un problema

Pros:

Excellent front desk service, convenient location to trains, markets and restaurants. Loved the free coffee, the in room washer and dryer. The soap, shampoo and conditioner were great quality.

Pros:

雖然沒早餐，但是地點非常好，附近有超商也有超市。離車站也都是步行可達距離。最喜歡的是房間內有洗衣機跟小廚房，對於冬天旅行來說，衣物的攜帶就不需要太多

基本上都非常好，如果能把沙發床的靠墊搬離開房間就更好了，畢竟能多一點空間還是更好的

Staff was personable and AWESOME! Rooms were big and comfortable. Assorted amenities and great location. Free cup of coffee every day and happy hour on Fridays. Highly recommend.

Clean room, nice kitchen, friendly, and well English speaking staff, and a very convenient location.
Pros:

The hotel was clean and quiet, and the neighborhood was also very peaceful. The staff were friendly and spoke English well, which made our stay easy and comfortable. The train station was about a 5-minute walk from the hotel, and there were grocery stores and a FamilyMart nearby. It’s a great family hotel.
We stayed as two adults with two kids. One of our sons studies at Bunkyo Gakuin University and came to meet us during the day, which is why we chose this location. It was very convenient—close to his university and well connected to major areas like Akihabara, Shibuya, Shinjuku, and Ginza. As an American family, this place was perfect for us.

Cons:

Wish room has little more space, but again it is normal in Japan. No views from room, for us this was not a problem ,but i am sure it might be a deal breaker for someone. No free breakfast. For the price we paid, wish they had free breakfast. However we had kitchen so made out own before we left for the day.

Kein klassisches Hotel - mehr Apartmentanlage in Wohngebiet
Pros:

Da ich wusste, dass in Japan die Zimmer sehr sehr klein sind, wollte ich ein bisschen ein größeres Zimmer. Dies hatte ich erhalten und die Ausstattung war mit Küchenzeile einschließlich ausreichend großen Kühlschrank. Das war praktisch. Allerdings war die Temperaturregelung im Zimmer etwas schwierig. (ich war im November da, und da wird es abends etwas kühler) Die Unterkunft liegt zwar etwas abseits, aber in LaufNähe zu einigen U-Bahn-Stationen. Da Tokio eh so groß ist, dass man die öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln nehmen muss, war das ganz praktisch. Die Lage war sehr ruhig - eher in Richtung einer Wohngegend, so dass man ein klein bisschen zu belebteren Gegenden laufen musste. Es war aber alles trotzdem noch akzeptabel erreichbar. Vor allen Dingen ist der Ueno Park in der Nähe.

Cons:

Ich fand das einchecken etwas unpraktisch, da man alles trotz Personal vor Ort an einem iPad machen musste. Man sollte sich auch erkundigen, ob die Rezeption zum Zeitpunkt der Ankunft besetzt ist. Ich fand das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht angemessen. Das Zimmer war wirklich sehr teuer. Was mir gar nicht gefallen hat, dass es keine durchsichtigen Fenster hatte, sondern ein großes Fenster, aber das mit nicht durchsichtigen Glas. Dadurch fühlte man sich ein bisschen eingesperrt. Es gibt wohl zur Straßenseite Fenster mit durchsichtigen Glas aber die meisten Apartment - Zimmer sind nach hinten heraus. Ich finde das hätte man kenntlich machen müssen bei der Buchung.
