Good Location but don't expect anything extra.
Pros:

Location was very close to Bab Al Salam

Cons:

No breakfast, no water bottles, no tea/coffee packets, no oven, no daily clean up. Very small room. No double bed. Single bed were very small.
Too much noise outside the room.

Pros:

Ce que j'ai aimé l'hôtel est plus de proche de la haram et l'accueil aussi très bien merci pour votre accueil et a bientôt inchaalah

Cons:

Ce que je n'est pas apprécié ce l'entretien de la chambre ce devrait être tous le jours et c'était pas le cas vous pouvez changer

Other than the bad customer service with that one particular person exceptional

The receptionist I don’t know what his name was but was not treating people with respect, he had no respect was acting like he was above everyone else he was Saudi used to wear red headscarf

It is very clean and very close to haram and ziara

Cons:

The room is small but i thin this is common in.mekka and madina .
But the location in booking application was wrong which caused me some trouble.
Get the location from google maps not from booking.
