Overall good hotel with reasonable price and access to masjid-nabawi and other landmarks.
Pros:

The location and the service is good.

As such property and my room was clean overall. However, there was smell in the washroom due to the drainage system.

No maintenance and nothing provided as was shown in pictures and staff behavior wasn’t good I wanted to change hotel but had payed them believing the pics shown at time of booking were true but won’t stay again

Good for a short stay

Very close to the haram

Room compared to other hotels i have stayed around were better

Cons:

They make everyone wait until 4 pm to check in and do not provide WiFi in the lobby.

They guy at the reception could be more polite to guests who have been waiting in the lobby for our 2hrs to check in

Very bad and strange smell in the bathroom.
