Very big room, close to the old town of Ninh Binh. Breakfast is delicious with lots of options. Staff is helpful and friendly. There are three swimming pools, including an indoor one.

The room size is good.
Breakfast was very average. All things that should have been warm were pre cooked and cold. No one understood english or tried to pretend that they don't know English. It was frustrating to ask even for a fresh warm omlette. Milk is not provided in the room to make tea and again no one understood simple request to send some milk to make our tea with our tea bags.
The reception staff guided us to take a limousine drop to Hanoi airport...the driver didn't know English, dropped us midway urging us to get into a car with a couple and a baby. The car was over loaded with luggage and a seven seater was converted into a four seater which has 5 adults and a baby.
The limousine driver picked and dropped passengers like a city bus. He even picked two men who had sharp tools like axe and cutters which were placed in the Isle of the van. It was a disturbing and scary experience. Any amount of good work done by the hotel is ruined by taxi guys...they bring a bad name to the city :(

Quiet location
Very nice hotel in Ninh Binh, highly recommended to stay in! Liked almost everything - good location, spacious rooms with nice bathrooms, decent breakfasts - loved their mango smoothie. Hotel stuff fulfilled all my special requests - great thanks them for that!
It would be 10 out of 10, but….
Their housekeeping stuff ruined that - they are extremely loud at early mornings. Imagine hearing how they loudly discuss their clutches at 7:30 in the corridor while you still trying to sleep.
Asked me if they clean my room now at 8 am - t told them in a 5 min they can while Im having breakfast. Imagine my surprise when coming back to my room hour later I realised it is not cleaned and they came to me with the same question 15 min later I came from breakfast.
Also some items during breakfast such as some fruits were run our and not replenished…

Block B is not well sheltered and rain water comes in, and it becomes slippery. Travelling from reception to block B is quite challenging.

Vervelende vliegen tijdens het buffet en dinner.
Ontzettend veel lawaai van verbouwing gedurende de hele dag maar ook al voor 8u in de ochtend.
La chambre était immense ! La salle de bain au format japonais.
Chambre un peu vétuste mais qui semble dans le renouvellement.
Hotel avec beaucoup d’espace, les piscines notamment celui du rooftop
La chambre n’est pas au niveau d’un 5 étoile. Il y a un besoin de rafraîchissement sur le design et les équipements comme la télévision ou le téléphone se font vieux.
