I ll revisit.
Pros:

The property is was very clean and hygienic. Staff were very polite and cooperative. View from the property is excellent and food and ambience amazing.

Cons:

Need to walk around 500 meters from parking location. Parking charges needs to be paid additional. No luggage pick and drop service.

Stunning sunsets buzzy chilled warm vibes set on an expanse of silky sand
Pros:

Such a great spot and wonderful team - I stayed with my cousin for 4 nights and we loved it - nothing was too much to ask: bits of sewing, Liverpool FC match on a big screen! Such a chilled buzzy vibe - easy to walk to the other beaches on foot or Tuk Tuk - sunsets to die for! Thank you Adhi and team :-)

Pros:

Son emplacement face mer
La chambre était correcte

Cons:

La musique de 18h à 22h30 non stop avec un volume élevé quand on aime le calme ce n’est pas top. Le sunset café comme son nom l’indique est un café…animé. A noter que Le propriétaire a accepté de baisser un peu le son. Le petit dej n’est pas servi avant 9h30 mais le check out est à 10h ???? Le restaurant est de qualité moyenne. Tout est moyen. Il faut également savoir qu’il faut marcher 450m des parkings pour accéder à l’hôtel sur la plage et que la mer est dangereuse avec des courants très forts.

Wonderful stay!
Pros:

Amazing stay !!
Pros:

Amazing location, the hosts were so great - always there to help us, always good communication. Rooms were so clean, we always got fresh water - really loved the stay!

Would Definitely Visit Again
Pros:

Had a very comfortable stay. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The beachside cafe was absolutely the best part, peaceful and beautiful. Food was good too. Overall, a great experience and I’d definitely choose to stay here again.

If in Gokarna, great place to stay.
Pros:

Location was great and directly at the beach. Very clean, nice and homey rooms. Very quite in the backyard. Nice staff, that always tried to make everything work. Good food at the restaurant and pretty fast service.

Cons:

Can’t pay by card which is a downer since the next ATM is a few km away.

Must visit peaceful and beautiful with great vibe

We had an amazing time in this place we came for 1 day and wanted to stay more. Rajesh and Abhijit were super welcoming and helpful we spoke via WhatsApp after our booking so was very easy to communicate about arrival and check in once we got there anything we asked they provided with the biggest smile. The location is awesome, beautiful beach clean and quiet, the food is delicious and on the right days you can even do wave surfing. The room is beautiful and comfortable with AC and fan and outside in the yard you have hammocks to chill under the palm trees. Very recommended! Big thanks to the team for everything 🙏❤️

Great place, best staff, in a very nice spot
Pros:

This property is set just on the beach. Spacious comfortable rooms. No luxuries but with the essential amenities you can need. Beautiful bathroom with natural plants. The bar is an amazing space where you can chill and enjoy delicious food. I saw some of the best sunsets ever from there. You have to walk like two minutes on the sand after the road reve ends (that means the location can't be more privileged) but they help you with your luggage if you need it. Abhi and the rest of the crew are simply fantastic. They are always up to help and provide service with a smile on their faces. I felt so well here that I extended my stay for two more nights. The beach is calm and not crowded at all, and they do their best to keep it clean in front of the property. They even helped me by sending by courier my water filter, that I had left behind, at no cost (Thanks so much). If I come back to this part of India, I will definitely stay here for dinner days

Just to say something that could be improved, the back garden should be a little more cared
