Too expensive!
Pros:

Breakfast wasn't served. I requested a coffee the evening I arrived. Elizabeth, the cook, was kind enough to prepare it in the morning.

Cons:

The hotel needs needs TLC. The lady at the reception will benefit from training.

Great customer service !
Pros:

The staff were very nice , despite we got there very late and they closed the gates. Nice rooms with great AC.

Cons:

It needs a lot of maintenance and the food at the restaurant was not the best it was ok.

Superb
Pros:

It is a very quiet and comfortable place with kind personnel. The facility was a coffee farm preserving some items and buildings from that time.
Rafting activities can be contracted with hotel staff.

Cons:

In our room the WiFi cover was insufficient due to a repeater malfunction however for us it wasn't a problem because we love disconnecting from the city hustle and bustle.
