Lễ tân và dịch vụ rất tốt nhiệt tình 👍
Staff were exceptional and went out of their way to engage with our 8 year old grandson.

Terrible location
I am utterly disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Upon entering the room, I immediately noticed a thick layer of dust on the shelf, indicating it hadn't been cleaned in months. This level of uncleanliness is simply unacceptable.
However, the biggest outrage occurred in the bathroom: the bath mat was not changed once during our entire stay. At the end, the hotel charged us an excessively high fee, claiming the mat was so dirty it couldn't be cleaned. This is absolutely ridiculous! Anyone knows that a bath mat can be easily cleaned in a washing machine.
Charging us for something they didn't bother to replace is the height of audacity. This kind of scam is something I have never experienced before. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel.
When we arrived the whole vibe was a bit off. Could not really tell why.
Staff were okay, not overly welcoming but nothing bad either. But just could not shake off the bad vibe. As we entered the room it was a bit disappointing - room was shabby looking, mould around the windows and on the wall.
So I went to recent reviews and my bad vibes just got stronger as other people were complaining about similar things which disappointied us, as we had booked it 5 months ago. We didn't like how they made us feel when we said we were leaving. The lady at the reception straight away took her walkie talkie and barked few orders to check our room before we left, said we had to wait. Never came across that before. Since we paid for 2 nights we said we were just leaving as we weren't willing to pay for any made up fees especially when we didn't the stay whole time.
Not a pleasant experience and I would not recommend to stay here.
The chicken soup at breakfast was really delicious.
The very nice guy who carried our trolleys to the elevator
- the coffee is served cold.
- the fruit flies flying over de the fresh fruit, that isn't covered up
- I guess the photo's on booking must be at least 25 years old. As they reflect a cozy lobby and cozy rooms etc. But in reality it looked like a mausoleum... the mattress is hard, the curtains are partly loose; it all looked worn and broken.
The hotel is located on a very busy road that is mainly used by trucks and sleeper buses, so very noisy at night.
The most surprising thing was the fact that we had to pay for a towel that we had dirty. I had spilled some coffee and cleaned it up and rinsed out the towel. Even though I repeatedly said it was just coffee and easy to wash out, we still had to pay VND30,000. Not the world, but still strange. So; if you spill something, don't clean up yourself!
