Location, beside a super big modern mall with many eating & shopping options. Special mention that level 3 is dedicated to young children with indoor ball pit to arcade games to shopping.
The carpet and sofa/ cushions in our room that are not thoroughly vacuumed and pretty dusty.
The young woman at the reception in the morning was amazing, she was really helpful and so kind. She helped us find taxis to get to difficult locations, showed us what apps to use depending on our needs and just went above and beyond. Thank you!!
Location was perfect . Next to shopping centre with easy access to all services and good selection of cafes / restaurants in centre.
Hotel provided free laundry service and not just self service machine and dryer.
Traffic congestion getting into and from hotel.
Breakfast was OK but caters to local rather than international guests .

Very smoking inside the room and hallway. Nasty odor in shower. Dangerous loose rocks surrounding the bathtub.
Convenient location, surrounded by food shops and located in the same plaza with a large mall
Carpet made it hard to roll luggage and doesn't appear to be cleaned properly under the beds
