Location, staff, breakfast
Everything was perfect.
We stayed 1 night on our way to Toscana and everything was amazing.
Food we had in the restaurant and wine makes us speechless

Pros:

Parking is ample in front of rooms. Restaurant is across from the rooms with a homey atmosphere. The menu and staff accommodate gluten free. There is a 2 course daily special. Check in staff is friendly and efficient.

Nice place to stay
Pros:

Warm welcome, quiet place, clean. Don't forget to book a table for dinner, great meal, with local products.
The breakfast is really good.

Cons:

Maybe, just the shower needs to be revisited. A bit old. Very strange water tap.
but it's nothing to worried about.

Pros:

the buildings are nice and they have beautiful flowers blooming. Two person from the employees were very friendly.

Cons:

The mattress was terribly hard and uncomfortable.
We were there on business trip and the second day we could have the breakfast because the day before we came an hour later… The breakfast are served from 7.30 we came at 8.10 and we could only have a cappuccino and some tiny biscuits because the day before we where there at 9… I can’t imagine what’s the problem to serve two pieces of toast bread and 5 slices of the ham and salami 45 minutes earlier. so I paid for the breakfast and hit the 4 hour drive hungry. I was really irritated.
Getting an invoice was also a problem because I should officially ask for it.
The shower was also dirty.
