Die Lage des Hotels ist recht gut, das Essen war sehr gut, Personal sehr bemüht.

Cons:

Der Hauptgrund unseres Besuchs war das Wellnessen, das ist dort nicht ganz nach unserem Geschmack. Es gibt keine Ruheräume, die Atmosphäre ist eher hallenbadmäßig. Man kann nicht wirklich entspannen. Das Haus erinnert einfach an einen Kurbetrieb. Such die Atmosphäre im Restaurant ist nicht besonders angenehm, eher Massenabfertigung und von der Lautstärke her unangenehm.

Einfach alles wunderbar! Kleiner Kritikpunkt wenig warme Vegetarische Gerichte außer natürlich die Zu speisen! Aber alles sehr gut! Personal und Sauberkeit Top!

-Zimmer sind super

-Beim Abendessen wurde das Hauptgericht vom Personal ausgegeben und dadurch entstehen riesige Schlangen
-die Drüsen bei den Pools wurde zu selten gelassen
- als ich das erste Mal zum Frühstück nach Hafermilch gefragt habe, musste ich 5 verschiedene Leute fragen, weil mich keiner verstand. Ich habe 15 Minuten gewartet
Am letzten Morgen habe ich 10 Minuten gewartet und dann wurde mir gesagt, dass es keine Hafermilch gibt

když nemáte v provozu bazény, které se opravují tak máte poskytnout slevu - třeba parking zdarma

lokalita je fajn do Hevízu jezdíme pravidelně máme zkušenost s hotelem Carbona a Ensana

Cons:

výběr pečiva u snídaně a ještě k tomu studené pečivo z mrazáku, vadí mi obsluha u výdeje hlavního jídla při večeři a menší výběr z jídel oproti konkurenci, proč v ceně ubytování není parkovné a pití u večeře

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral,sehr grosse Zimmer, riesiges Frühstücksbuffet , Essen ist ok. Grosse Auswahl. Gutes Kosmetikangebot, sehr professionell. Leider am Wochenende alles geschlossen.
Fröhliches gutes Personal. Ausnahme am Wochenende brummiger Kellner unten im Esssaal lange Wartezeit für Getränkebestellung. Schade gibt so kein Trinkgeld. Doch sonst hat es uns super gefallen,
