Leider die letzten zwei Nächte hat Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert ob wohl 4 mal uns beschwert haben und es wurde auch gleich Tehniker geschickt und jedesmal aber das Problem immernoch war . Das war nicht gut

Also the hotel opisite Cavaher Mall and back to the hotel the metro station

We stayed for 3 nights (June 16–19) at The Craton Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and in an excellent location in Şişli. Access to public transportation is outstanding, with metro stations, buses, and shopping areas all within a very short walking distance, making it easy to reach any part of Istanbul.

A special thank you to the housekeeping lady, Golam, who was very kind and did an excellent job keeping our room spotless every day. Her attention to detail and warm attitude made our stay even more enjoyable.

The front desk staff were professional, friendly, and always helpful whenever we needed assistance or information. Overall, the combination of cleanliness, location, and service made this a perfect stay. We would definitely choose The Craton Hotel again on our next visit to Istanbul.

Cons:

The only aspect I did not appreciate was that when I requested a bottle of water late at night, I was informed that I would need to pay for it. For a five-star hotel, I believe complimentary water is something guests generally expect, especially during late hours. It is a small gesture, but one that greatly contributes to the overall feeling of hospitality. Apart from this, our stay was excellent, and the staff were professional and helpful

I would come again.
Pros:

The staff were great , the location is near a mall and the bus stop, breakfast was very good and it offers varieties of food, it is clean and they answer directly and provide us with our needs.
