Pros:

besra and other cleaning lady are amazing thantks both of them overall all the staff are super nice

Cons:

the only thing i didn't like it they gave me a connection room and it was noisy from the next room other than that everything was perfect

Die Frau Oya ist eine sehr gute Arbeiterin sie hat das Zimmer immer super aufgeräumt und extra Becher etc. Hinterlassen weil sie gemerkt hat das wir viel Becher brauchten. Kann dieses Hotel nur empfehlen

Vi er kjempefornøyde med oppholdet – fantastisk service, ingenting negativt, og et hotell vi definitivt kommer tilbake t
Pros:

Veldig behjelpelige og hyggelige personale, alle var veldig profesjonelle, spesielt Enaas! De som rengjør rommene var også super snille og ga oss rene rom hver eneste dag! veldig bra beliggenhet, rolig og fredfult!

Cons:

ingenting vi mislikte, om det var noe vi lurte på så var de veldig flinke med å avklare og hjelpe til! :)

Good value for money,
Pros:

The location is excellent, very close to the mall, metro station, local shops, local food, etc (10/10)
The staff were very friendly, helpful, (10/10)
Breakfast was a little bit short of perfect, I think more items would be good, but maybe because of season (8/10)
Rooms are clean, and the lady was lovely and professional, but the shower is little bit dated and the shower door leaks water into the floor of the bathroom (not much) (7/10)

Cons:

I did not see anything that I did not like, everything was above good

Bett war gut.
Frühstück okay. Frontcooking.

Cons:

Dusche roch muffig.
Boden sah komisch aus.
Duschtür nicht dicht, viel Wasser lief aus der unteren Türseite heraus ins Bad. Großes Fenster war nicht dicht.
Viel Lärm von der Straße her drang nach oben in den 8. Stock.
Frühstücksraum im Keller ohne Fenster und in die Jahre gekommen.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Everything was perfect from the moment I arrived. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and professional. The room was clean, comfortable, and well organized, and the location is very convenient.
I would like to give a special thanks to Songul at the reception for her kindness and warm attitude—she made my stay even better. Also, many thanks to Can for his great support and professionalism. I would also like to thank Besra from housekeeping for her excellent work and attention to detail in keeping the room spotless.
I truly appreciate their excellent service and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended

Pros:

The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Especially the housekeeper Gülem and the receptionist Rose. The breakfast is amazing! There’s something for everyone, and it gives you a taste of a traditional Turkish breakfast, the best way to start the day. The bed itself is also comfortable. The price is quite reasonable, too. The location is not bad, not in the middle of the center, but close enough. And you can find a lot of things in the near. The metro 2 is really close to the hotel.

Cons:

If you're expecting a 5-star hotel experience, you might be disappointed. The room is small, the curtains are old and don't work, so it's so bright during the day that it's impossible to sleep well. The pillows are too high and gave me a backache. Even though I asked to have them replaced, it wasn't possible, since they're all the same size. Every time we took a shower, the bathroom was flooded with water. Every day we had to use our towels to dry the floor. That’s why we had to change towels daily. The spa area is nice, but to use the pool, you have to buy a hair cap that costs an extra €5. The price we paid and what we had is ok, but it certainly doesn’t live up to a 5-star experience.
