Konum ve personel cok iyi. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederiz

Konumu cok iyi. Metroya ve Cevahir alisveris merkezine yuruyerek 3 dk . Personel guleryuzlu ve yardimci. Giriste Yunus bey ,temizlikte de Besra hn cok guler yuzlu ve yardimciydilar. Cok memnun kaldik. Kahvalti da gayet cesitli ve guzeldi. Istanbul avrupa yakasina tekrar geldigimizde artik kesinlikle burayi tercih edecegiz.

Personeel was wel vriendelijk, was zwembad aanwezig, sauna en gym.

Cons:

Hygiëne in de kamer viel tegen, het feit dat de douche het niet deed en dit niet werd geregeld was nog een tegenvaller. Hoe bedoel je je kan niet normaal douchen in een 5 sterren hotel? Daarnaast was het ontbijt van uiterst slechte kwaliteit, je had weinig keuze en de keuze dat er was was van erg lage kwaliteit en niet smakelijk. Er stond zelfs een noodle soep zonder noodles erin. Dit hotel en ervaring is de 5 sterren niet waard. TV op kamer had daarnaast geen smart functies zoals youtube of netflix.

Genel olarak her şey gayet güzeldi.Kahvaltı lezzetli ve yeterliydi, oda çok temizdi ve yataklarda gayet rahat ve konforluydu. Otelde havuz, spa, hamamlar, masaj hizmetleri ve spor salonu da var. Ama ben kullanmadım o yüzden bir fikrim yok. Lokasyon olarakta şişli metrosuna çok yakın. Otelin çok yakınında büyük bir alış veriş merkezi de var. Personelde her konuda çok yardımcı oldu. Temizlik personelinden resepsiyona kadar herkes elinden gelen her şeyi yaptı. Sadece iki küçük eleştirim olacak,
1. Odadaki elbise dolaplarının içinde yeterli raf yoktu, o yüzden elbiselerimizin tamamını valizden çıkarıp dolaba yerleştiremedik.
2. Kahvaltı çeşitli ve lezzetliydi gerçekten ama kahve hiç lezzetli değil di ve kalitesizdi. Belkide kahve makinesinin değişmesi lazım. Sonuç olarak ben ve ailem otelden gayet memnun bir şekilde ayrıldık. The Craton Hotel personeline teşekkür ederiz.
