Dissapointing and dangerous.
Pros:

The location was great close to transport lines, The staff were nice and welcoming.

Cons:

We paid for the room with the jacuzzi, the issue was the room had a stain on the ceiling which was unbecoming of a 5 star hotel which disappointed me, the wifi was abysmal constantly losing connection making a standard internet search almost impossible, the fact I have to reiterate in saying the internet was terrible tells the whole story, the jacuzzi was good but it needed to be daily cleaned which it wasn’t, the fact the flooring does not have any sort of grip due to it being wood and stone makes it a slip hazard,due to the jacuzzi being in the room I slipped and fell and luckily did not injure myself, the bathroom again has no mats and towel does not fit properly under the shower so again you have another slip hazard as the water leaks out on to the flooring very easily because the showers glass door doesn’t have a proper seal, All in all the staff are nice and the breakfast is good but the points mentioned above have soured me from ever booking with Craton hotel again.

Op loopafstand AVM (shoppingcenter).
Pros:

Vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

Te kleine kamers, zeer kleine wc/doucheruimte. Helaas ook geen balkon. Parkeerplaatsen voor auto’s verderop bij een parkeergarage, sleutel moet je afgeven en het is niet direct bij je hotel.

The location of this hotel is good, stuff is friendly, especially want to highlight ms Gulizar- she was cleaning our room perfectly - was really friendly and helpful with everything we needed, breakfast in the hotel is also really good

Well, first of all, want to say that there wasn’t any soundproofing facility, despite it was one of the characteristics of the room I was choosing, when I asked about this problem administration- they said that it’s like this in whole hotel rooms and they can’t help us unfortunately,
Secondly, the room was represented as ~ 20-25 m2 in size, and the beds were big in photos, however when we came there was not true any of this information, not the size of room made a sense of 20-25 m2 and beds were too small compared to pictures in this app, I also asked about this - they said they can’t help it is 20-25 want we this or not

You know it would not be a problem if just they would be honest with information they are providing, but the things that written in booking and reality didn’t match in things that I mentioned

And in top of this when we asked for bottles of water , we got answer that only 2 bottles are included in free price of room per day, and more than this is for money, I got shocked in this moment, we have been in many hotels but we deal this case first time

Excellent budget friendly family oriented hotel conveniwnt lovation and very very friendly staff

We loved the hotel and staff were super froendly helpful and nothibg was too much to ask. We were greeted by a young menber of staff who was extrenely polite and brought our belongings up to pir uograded top floor suite whoch was a lovely surprise. Food beauroful, var staff helpful and accommodating, reception staff extrenely friendly, pool was beautiful. We

We disnt get to stay longer and we disnt get chance to eat at the restaurant but plan to next time as the foos we saw from another customer looked delicious
