Employee at front desk/housekeeping/maintenance very pleasant
Pros:

Staff very pleasant and helpful it’s a little succluded from walking places no lights on road very dark area once at the hotel no stores close by and no laundry facilities

Cons:

No kitchen no microwave just fridge Nothing around the hotel to do or stores close your unable to walk anywhere due to no lighting around the corridor of hotel. Very succluded they don’t offer transportation to anything you have to continuously pay for taxi service which is $15-20 very high. Also there little restaurant upstairs up charge for everything overly priced $24 for Caesar salad no meats no veg except lettuce and cheese.

My room which was a king canal view was advertised to have a microwave. But did not have any even with alerting staff about it 3 times. None was placed in my room up until my departure.

Would absolutely stay here again- the food alone was worth it! And slept so well!! Don’t miss happy hour and cheese burg
Pros:

Such a sense of pride and joy in this business. Everyone so lovely and friendly. Authentic to the core.

Cons:

It’s not the most walkable location but the staff can easily grab you a taxi. We did walk to Lucaya Beach but it was probably a mile each way… Bahamian heat in tow.

Pros:

That the bathroom was separate from the room & the independent area for the facebowl. Liked that there are 2 nice size closets, fridge & microwave. The 2 sets of tables 1 for eating & the other just for friends to enjoy cocktails. The sleeping area was very spacious and I really like the work desk that was portable. Huge flat screen tv was the icing on the cake. Also the view of the canal from the balcony was nice. & the room was very, very, very clean & tidy. 👌🏾

Cons:

1. The bath window, though frosted could use a blackout shade /curtain from showering @ night & the light being on can see the outline movements of the person in the shower.
2. The mattress could've been a little more firm (but that could just be me & my preference).
3. More sound proof is needed between upper & lower floors (me being a builder) sound of walking or heavy traffic is heard if the TV is off or it's just quiet.
4. Have the maintenance crew ensure that all the main entry doors open & close with ease & lubricate all hinges from squeaking noise.

Pros:

Everything was nice, I really like the upkeep of the hotel. I’ve noticed they added entertainment at the pool that was nice.

Cons:

There were other persons there that was really loud after hours at the pool. Other than that my stay was good.
